Undercover

Ashley's POV

Damion plummeted towards the spike but then I saw Thomas swing in and he caught him before Damion was impaled by the spikes. Brooks came swinging in with his ODM gear and back kicked Prophet. Prophet stumbled back a bit and just brushed his chest.

"You lived today, but soon you'll watch me burn this world to the ground." said Prophet, "I would like an answer before that happens."

"Fuck you." I growled

"Get lost." said Brooks

"Maybe I should have asked you Brooks Jaeger." said Prophet, "Or maybe I should have recruited that kid... what was his name?"

Prophet thought about it for a second before raising his finger.

"Keegan Kan was it?" questioned Prophet

My eyes widened.

"Wait I forgot, he's dead." chuckled Prophet

"You son of a bitch!" I yelled

He ignores me and gets back into his titan's nape and I see more reinforcements arrive.

"On a second thought, should I be calling you two Ashley and Brooks Arlert?" asked Prophet

I grit my teeth in anger.

"Maybe not." said Prophet

He entered this titan form and let me go and Brooks caught me and swung away to safety. I watched as the Prophet's titan ran off in the distance.

"You good?" asked Brooks

"I'm fine." I sighed, "Where's Damion?"

Brooks landed inside a forest and put me down where Damion, my squad and Captain Udo's squad was waiting. Damion was on the floor unconscious, his face was bloody and messed up. Joshua was taking care of him while Falco was drinking water to regain his energy.

"Ashley are you okay?" asked Falco

"I'm fine sir." I replied

"Luckily we didn't get any casualties." sighed Udo

"But we couldn't get the Prophet." I said

"My biggest concern is your safety not capturing or killing him." said Falco

"Yes sir." I sighed

I approached Damion and gently picked up his hand.

"That was stupid of you, but brave. Thank you." I whispered

2 hours later

Doc's POV

I parked the car and got out but I noticed that everyone's eyes were on me and Reaper.

"Henry let's go." said Reaper

"Sorry Olivia." I replied

We walked across the street side by side.

"Hey Doc you're both supposed to be dating." said Astra through my earpiece, "Make it look like you two are dating."

I started sweating a bit but then Reaper just held onto my arm and I tensed up a bit.

"Relax, you fuck up this mission I'll fuck you up." whispered Reaper

"Sorry sorry, this is all just new to me." I replied

We got to the line but since we have VIP tickets we cut the entire line and the guards let us through. We walked down this dark hallway and I heard loud muffled music at the end of the hallway. We got to these steel doors and I opened them. My eyes widened and I thought my eardrums were gonna bleed.

'Gunshots aren't this loud.'

There were a bunch of colorful lights, a whole dance floor and two catwalks where most of the VIPs were, where William was most likely going to be.

"Damn it's so loud." groaned Astra

"Good thing I can hear you through this earpiece." I replied

"Good thing I can hear you." added Astra, "Okay blend in with the club."

I was having a nervous breakdown. I could barely think straight but Reaper grabbed my arm and led me onto the dance floor.

'Oh no.'

Reaper was a natural at this, blending in with the environment. She wasn't dancing like everyone else but she was swaying a bit like a normal person who's at a club. The only weird thing about her would be her muscle toned arms.

I continued swaying with Reaper while looking for William Jones in the club. But then this girl started dancing in front of me and I started to sweat. I looked away but she grabbed my arm and when I looked at her she gently bit her lower lip.

'Oh god is she trying to seduce me?'

But then Reaper came and hugged me and the girl immediately backed off.

"Damn Doc." chuckled Bullseye

Reaper let go of me and tilted her head a bit and I looked up and saw William Jones. I nodded and we casually walked through the dancing floor while swaying. But then I saw a few guys try to hit on Reaper. I had my eyes on William but when I looked at Reaper, the guy was trying to sexually harass. I know that Reaper could handle herself but seeing a guy trying to hit on Reaper kind of made me... jealous.

"Doc continue with the plan." said Kraken

I ignored him and I pretended to be drunk and bumped into the guy. The guy stumbled back and I quickly signaled Reaper to go so she left. The guy started to shove me around but I just walked away but then I saw him run up to me.

He threw a punch hitting my shoulder. It didn't hurt or anything but I pretended to stumble back. Everyone on the dance floor started cheering and backed up creating an open circle for the two of us.

"Oh good job, keep them busy for a while." said Kraken

Reaper's POV

I approached William and he saw me but I pretended to act like I was interested in him.

'I hate this.'

William eyed me up and down and smirked. I looked around and saw a couple guards near him but they didn't seem to mind me being a bit near him. I looked down at the dancing floor where a bunch of people were cheering Doc and the other who tried to touch me.

"Reaper, you know what to do." said Kraken, "Just don't make it go too far."

I began making seducing faces I learned online a long time ago since my father told me that sometimes I might have to do undercover missions.

"I really don't like these kinds of undercover missions." I remember my father's words.

William fell for me and he approached towards me and grabbed two glasses of champagne.

"Hey there cutie." he greeted

'Nope, not my type.'

I just smiled and he handed me a glass of champagne so I took it and we drank together.

"What's your name?" asked William

"Olivia Kim." I replied

"How about you and I go back to my place?" asked William

"And where would that be?" I asked

"In my penthouse upstairs." replied William

In order to sound more seducing I leaned in close to his ear.

"I like that." I whispered

He smiled and nodded towards his guards so they opened a door and he led me through it.

Doc's POV

"Good, she's in." said Astra

I was busy dodging the guy's fist but when I heard that I was good to go I punched him once in the jaw and he went out cold. Everyone screams and cheers when they see me knock him out but I quickly leave.

"Okay where are they?" I asked

"Penthouse, upstairs." replied Astra

"Okay, just make sure things don't get too extreme." I said

Reaper's POV

We entered his penthouse and I had to give props to him, it was pretty fancy. He leads me into his room and he turns off the lights. I took a seat on his bed and I saw him start to strip his clothes.

'Bullseye you better be there.'

He was now shirtless and he approached me.

"Get ready." I heard Bullseye whisper through my earpiece.

William leaned in and just as he was about to kiss me, I heard a window break and a bullet hit William's forehead, blood splattering everywhere. I had to act like I was innocent so I pretended to cry then screamed in fear and a bunch of William's guards entered the room. They saw me and they saw the bullet hole in the window so they grabbed my arm and protected me until I was out of the penthouse.

"Go get out of here!" yelled one of the agents.

I ran off through the hallways until I got to this window. I wiped my tears away and rolled my eyes.

'I really do hate acting.'

I climbed out of the window and slid down using a pipe on the side of the wall. I landed safely in an alley and Doc was waiting with his car. I got in and wiped my hands and the blood off my face.

"I got her, we're leaving." said Doc

He drives off and he sighs in relief.

"He didn't do anything to you right?" asked Doc

"Why do you care?" I asked, "If I remember, you let another girl touch you."

Doc seemed a bit sad and worried.

"I mean... I do care about you." he mumbled, "And I never experienced a girl liking me before."

I stopped wiping my hands and looked at him and he was slightly... blushing.

"Are you blushing?" I asked

"W-what n-no I'm not I'm just I mean i-it's just hot. The guy I was uhh f-fighting picked a good f-fight." babbled Doc

His cheeks got a lot more red and that was pretty cute to me.

"Don't worry, he didn't touch me." I replied

"Okay okay, I was just making sure." replied Doc

"But I didn't need your protection back there." I implied

"Oh... sorry." he replied sounding really upset

"But that was very... manly of you. I liked it." I said

His facial expression went from upset to delighted. His eyes sparkled a bit and his smile spread out, his smile was so... attractive to me for some reason.

"Thanks Conor." I said

"Oh uhh yeah... you're welcome." said Conor

Annie's POV

"I didn't think Damion would nearly die." said Ashley

"Was there any kind of resemblance of Eren?" I asked

Ashley played around with her cup of coffee. Armin, Mikasa and Jean were also here and they listened to Ashley's report.

"He said a lot of things, I didn't know about." said Ashley

"Like what?" asked Jean

"He talked about the Ackerman blood, how it affected Damion to protect me." said Ashley

I sighed, remembering the time Eren said he hated Mikasa because of the genetics in the Ackerman blood.

"And he also said something that bothered me a lot, mom." said Ashley but her tone changed

She looked at me and she was slightly frowning.

"What does he mean by calling me Ashley Arlert?" asked Ashley

My eyes slightly widened and I looked down.

"I-I don't know." I replied

Ashley hung her head and shook it.

"He asked me to join him because he fights for dad's cause." said Ashley

"So he admits he's not Eren." said Jean

"Jean that's not important." said Mikasa

"He tried to recruit me and Brooks because he didn't say this but I think he implied that he hated you mom." said Ashley, "I didn't know why but I think I do mom."

I looked at her and she was pretty mad about me and Armin.

"Ashley we're not-"

"Not dating? Then why did Prophet mention you and change my last name?" Ashley cut off Armin

"Ashley we don't even know his motivation." said Armin

"That's not my fucking point!" yelled Ashley as she slammed her fist scaring us, "Do you think dad would be happy about this?"

"Ashley that's enough for today." said Jean

"Dad's probably looking at you with disappointment! Do you really think he didn't love you?!" yelled Ashley

I stayed seated, acknowledging the fact that she was right.

"Enough Ashley. You're dismissed." said Jean

"Do you agree with this sir?" Ashley asked Jean, "Are you allowing this to actually happen?"

"I don't have a place to tell them what they should be doing." said Jean

"Hello?! Do I not exist?! Do Brooks and I not have fucking opinions?!" yelled Ashley

"Oi brat, you're too fucking loud."

I looked up and saw Levi standing in front of the door.

"Damion's awake." said Levi

Ashley left without looking at us and I looked down at my hands.

"She's going through things." said Armin

"No, she's right." I said, "Is this... what Eren would want?"
