But months later he finds a journal, Skylar's journal, which has the answers to all his questions and so he embarks upon a journey to find Skylar and get the closure that he deserves. 

Will he find the answers he's looking for? Or will an even unimaginable secret unearth itself in front of him?

"Why won't you tell me what happened between them?" I followed Jordan to the elevator in his apartment building. "Why won't Alec come?"

He got inside and pressed the number for his apartment floor. I took my place next to him.

"Because it's not my secret to tell. I told you they broke up and that it wasn't pretty. That's all I can tell you."

"Well, you have to tell me something! Hey," I grabbed the fabric of his coat jacket and turned him to face me, "I'm going in blind here, Jordan! Need I remind you it is me who is helping you out? Not the other way around. Some dos and don'ts would help a lot right now. Thank you very much."

He sighed. "Okay, just don't take Alec's name and don't ask anything about my family or our childhood or anything personal. Okay?" he said. "Just stick to clothes or something.. Whatever you girls like to talk about."
