This couldn't be. Why I even wore this today?

"There's nothing in there. I guess, it's a waste of time" Joanna even smiled. I didn't get what she is saying.

"Huh?"

"I found nothing. Wear it. It's a good necklace, an interesting one. Who have uses a bullet as a pendant?" I wore it immediately. What is she doing? We found microphone in this and still she wanted me to wear it. They can hear us.

Yeah. They can hear us. Is she making it looked like we knew nothing about this necklace?

We're both silent as we walk our way back to our classroom. Her bodyguard is still with us. We sat on our seat. A right time because the teacher just walked in, the discussion started. In the middle of it, Joanna slipped in a note while I was writing down. I looked at it.

'Act normal. They shouldn't know that we know'

I nodded. She's right. If they only have a microphone installed in this thing, they won't know about the notes we will give to each other. This is dangerous. I know. But what could I do? Everything just goes down to Eros. When we started knowing about him, things just got messy. They know about our steps and even planted something like this just to know about our thoughts. We are amateurs. We don't even know that this big could happen just because of my best friend's gut feeling. If she's not right, then why this Aeneas just stepped in and made a move? It just didn't sit right.

Discussions after discussion yet my mind is wandering. No lessons has completely occupied my mind. It's been full of questions . I don't even what to start. I just felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked at my side and saw Joanna already standing and has her wallet on her hand.

"It's break time. Let's go"

I smiled before standing up. Things that has been happening to me made me lose my focus to the things that is much more important. My studies.

We are walking to the stalls. We ordered our food and sat on the seat available on the side of that stall. Both of us is quiet until Joanna started talking about how difficult the subjects are. It felt.. normal. We laughed and ranted about everything that is going on in our classroom. This is the life that I had before. It's boring, yes. But it doesn't have complications like the what we have right now.

We are still talking about things when someone gave a small paper on us.

"What's this?" I asked the guy who gave that to us.

"I don't know. I was just instructed by a teacher to give that to you.

I unfolded the paper. It has words written on it.

'Be careful.'

T wo words yet it managed to make us look around. The guy who stayed and still standing in front of us looked weirded out with the way we acted just now. He's looking at us with so much curiosity in his eyes. I don't know for how long am I staring at him but when he was waving his hand on my face, it made me look like I woke up from a deep sleep.

"Who gave you this letter?" I asked again.

"I told you, a teacher"

"Are you referring to a he or she?" asked Joanna.

"A she. She wearing a blue uniform and a glasses"

"Blue? All teachers should wear pink this day" I remembered what Joanna has said. Teachers in this school should wear a certain color of their uniform in everyday. A teacher wearing a blue uniform will surely stand out in the crowd. We started looking for that teacher. We separated our way for us to find her easier. I saw one but she turned left and then she was gone. I felt my phone rang. It is my father.

"Hey, dad" I said as soon as I answered the phone.

"I'm home. What do you need me for, princess?"

"I need you to look for something. Joanna will probably stay there for the night"

"Go home safely. I'll be waiting here for the both of you, okay?"

"Okay, dad" I hung up and continued looking for a teacher. But to no luck. I went back to our classroom. I saw Joanna's bodyguard. I guess she's here already. I found her on our usual spot.

"Did you found her?" both of us asked in unison.

"No"

"Nope" we answered.

"My dad is in our house, you wanna stay there for a night? You're house is kinda in a mess, right? You could sleep there for a while" I tried persuading her.

"Let me ask my mom first" she stood up and dialed something on her phone before walking out of the classroom. It took minutes before she came back with a smile on her face. I guess it's a good news. "She said yes!"

We laughed and talked for a little while before the teacher came in and discussed our lesson. Minutes turns to hours.. It's dismissal. Many students would love dismissal but not me. Dismissal just meant meeting Eros in a car.

We reached our car and talked a bit.

"Wait for me, okay?" Joanna said.

"I will. Send my regards to your Mom" I said before entering the car. Before talking to my father, I need this necklace off. I don't want them to know what we're talking about. I waited for days to make him come home. This huge favor will be use to know what they're up to and what we might do to escape from it.

"You okay?" Eros asked as he was driving the car.

"Yes. Yes, I am."

"How's your day?"

"There's nothing new from it. We had lots of discussions"

"I wanna ask you something" he sounded scared to what he is going to say.

"What is it?"

"Did you see any necklace here in the car? It's my friend's and it's kinda special for him"

"I didn't know you got a friend?" sarcasm was dripping from my voice. I tried to hide it but I guess, it slipped off my mouth.

"That's because I'm likeable" he has this smirk that I want to erase from his face. "Did you saw any necklace?"

"No. I didn't notice any necklace"
