I'm not. I did not feel even slightest of happiness when I opened my eyes.

"We knew that you reconnected with Joanna. That's why I ask for her nurse to allow even 15 minutes for you to talk. Luckily, they agreed" the most beautiful thing I heard was this news from my mother.

"Really?" I couldn't even hide the excitement I felt.

"Yeah. Give me a minute, I'll just call her" she tap something on her phone. Then I saw Joanna's face on the screen. My parents gave me privacy by handing me the airpods and leaving the room for a while. Philemon looked like he didn't like the idea of talking with my best friend alone.

I adjusted the volume and smiled at the camera when I heard the door close.

"Hey"

"They're gone?" she didn't even said 'hey' back.

I rolled my eyes before answering her "Yes"

"Good. So what happened to your dream?"

"Dream? I didn't even tell a soul about it"
