CHAPTER 42

"No daddy please!" I almost pleaded.

"No sweety, it's necessary." He ordered like always.

We were sitting at the table in the restaurant which was two blocks from the hospital.

"But......" He interrupted, "Safety matters the most. That's final." He again said and took a sip of his coffee.

We were arguing on the topic of bodyguard. Daddy wanted to hire a personal bodyguard for me and I refused it. Of course, there were so many reasons to refuse and the foremost reason was 'How the hell could I go to the crystal world if someone will stay with me 24/7?' But look like it was impossible to convince him.

"Stop looking at me and finish your food." He ordered again in his strict ordering tone and I started to dig into my pasta.

After spending the whole day with Mom and Caro, we came here to eat dinner. The time I spend with Mom was really memorable for me. Even Caro talked with me today like.....like a real sister.
