Chapter 9

Early in the morning i have made a several calls to the modeling agency and asked them if Del Rio Marines campaign manager called them yet.

It is not easy for me to steal time and make a call mostly when i'm at work. I might get fired from the shoe store where i recently working if i will make some excuse.

Nowadays it is not really easy to find a new job. Not to mention the money you're going to spend while looking around to find a job but your time and effort.

I attempted to call the modeling agency again for the third time and someone finally answered. Mam leliane from modeling agency answered my call and informed me.

"Hello! Goodmorning. This is Parallel modeling agency how may i help you!" she happily answered the phone.

"Goodmorning too mam Leliane, this is cassie."

"Oh! Cassie Ambrocio!?" her name became more vibrant when she heard my name.

"Yes maam, i would just like to know if the campaign manager of Del Rio Marines have already called?" i politely asked.

"Oh! Yes! Miss Ambrocio! Actually they made a call since yesterday but i didn't get a chance to inform you right away because i don't have your number. So sorry. Anyway, they informed me that they will take you as one of the model of the Del Rio marines! Congrats dear! "

"Really? Thank you maam. See you. Bye."

"Anytime dear. See you around too. Bye."

Riege included me as one of the models of his luxury yatch campaign.! And it will be held in macau.

I can't help myself being happy. It's an over whelming feeling. God! This is such the biggest blessing i've ever recieved in my whole life!

I can finally reach for my dreams.i knew this is just the first step but i can't... Shit! I almost yelled because of the joy.

I know i will earn a lot from this campaign. And most of that, this is the first step in my modeling career.

God! Let me have this opportunity for my dreams.this would be the beginning. No one can stop me to shine.

I was thinking about Riege. I fell something about him. And i knew what is was but i won't let my feelings for him affect my dream.

When i was at my work i am very happy and attentive. Almost everyone noticed how happy i was. I worked smoothly. I spent most of my time at work.

I spent overytime then, to pay the day that i was absent for the casting i attended.

Until i went home i still felt the joy i had. It's really good to feel this way. Shit!

But before i could get near at my boarding house,i was half shocked when i saw someone.

Mike? Why the hell is he here? In this time? He's riding on her motorbike.

If i'm not mistaken, is it me he's waiting for at this hour? Really? Seriously? What the hell does he wants from me then? I already payed him for the shoot of my portfolio. What other things does he needs this time?

I'm done with my business with him. And that's about the photoshoot. Not unless... If he needs something else from me? Shit! He ruined my day!

Why the hell he came?

"Mike" i started. I stopped my step and talk to him.

"What are you doing here? It's getting late already. What brought you here?"

"I don't have time to entertain you. I don't have time t--." he cut me off in the middle of my sentence.

I stopped to whatever i was about to say and watched him started the engine of his motorbike and went at my direction to blocked my way.

What the hell!? I took a deep breath as i watched him approaching me.

"What the hell are you doing?" he grinned when he notice the nervous on my voice.

I was scared to look at him. Shit! Is he on drugs? I was more even scared as i looked into his glaring eyes.

"You don't have time for me right? Did i clearly heard it?" his voice is mockingly evident.

"Did i heard you right Miss Ambrocio?" he added.

"But you have all the time to entertain that son of a bitch! A handsome and rich son of a bitch! What's his name again?Riege Del Rio? One of the country's most multi-billionaire bachelor. You were with him lately. Right?"

"How did you kn---." he laughed like a demon the reason why i couldn't finish what i'm going to say. Shit! He's really under the power of drug! His laughed made me more nervous.!

"I followed you to wherever you went out. You went to the condo of that idiot and you came back at night to be with him for a date! Am i right!? But off course i'm so damn right babe. Is he your type of a guy? Rich man. Handsome. That's why you didn't pay even a small attention to a men like me. Huh! "

I got pissed to what he just told me. The hell of this drug addict.

What allegation is this all about again? Shit!

" What do you care anyway? We don't know each other, really. We only met because of my portfolio shoot. "i bravely said.

" Are you that brave because of that rich boyfriend of yours? Do you think he can help you this time if i am going to kill you now? " it's as if i lost all the blood in my face for what i heard from him.

Is he serious? Is he really going to kill me just because i was with riege? Is he crazy!?

I was scared to look at him straight in the eyes but i was still able to answer him.

"For all you know, i was there for casting and not for anything else. And once and for all, Riege Del Rio is not my boyfriend. I was with him because he offered me a job. We met at the restaurant and talked about the job he offered me over dinner. Is that clear? And what do you care anyway? And will you please turn aside and i will get through. " i did not express through my voice the fear i had as i spoke. He laughed loudly. So loud like one of a crazy demon. I saw the annoyance on his face.

" Are you trying to fool me? "

" No mike. I'm not that kind of person. I meant what i said. I'm telling you the truth. And besides, what do you care if we were together out from dinner? If you called that a date, then it's up to you, then."

"Casting? Really? So you are using him for the job? Is that what you mean? Then, don't worry, it's just fine with me if it was your intention."

"Will you please leave?" i sighed and tried to lean from his motorbike so that i can get through.

But i was more shocked for the next thing he did! The nerve of this idiot!

He got off from his motorbike and blocked my way even more.

He grabbed my arms and hugged me from the back. I felt something under my butt when he hugged me already! What the hell!

This idiot is horny under the help of drugs! Shit i need to let go from him!

"Mike. What the hell are you doing! How rude of you! Idiot!" i shouted.

"I want to smell your scent babe. Hmmm. Your scent is so heavenly good! Uhhh!" what the hell! Is he... ..

I held his hand and tried remove it but before i did it, he pushed me to face him. The looked on his face made me more nervous. My knees are started to tremble.

I roamed my eyes around the sorroundings. It is dark here because almost all of the street lights are broken.

If he will try to do something or worst kill me, im surely certain that nobody can noticed my dead body immediately.

This place is very dangerous especially for a woman like me.

"Who do you think you are to make a command on me? I'm so damn tired of following you babe. Now, it's your turn to follow me." what does he mean by that? Follow him? In what way?

"In your dreams." i bravely answered. I'm struggling with my answer right now.

"Do you know how bad i could be when i get angry? Don't try my patience!" he madly laughed. His eyes twinkled for a split of seconds as he looked at me. Shit! I saw lust on his face!

Nobody can help in this state of place. I'm sure. This idiot is crazy!

"What do you think is the reason why am i chasing for every now and then? Off course! You and your fresh flesh. I want to taste the fresh of your flesh babe. After me, the other costumer would follow. Do you think the costumer would only want like jenny? Trust me, they also want someome as thin as you.! After that, i will make you even more beautiful. Don't worry. There is no loss between us. We can both earn a lot from this. "

Jenny? What the hell did he just say? What about jenny!?

" What the hell did you do to jenny? You idiot what happen to her!? "mike grinned widely at my question. I tried to get rid from his arms and pinched him.

" Do you want to fight from me? You will try? " i saw something's glowing from the other side of his hand. My eyes widened when i saw what it was.

Knife!.. I felt too much scared when i looked at the knife from his hand as he slowly landed it in my cheeks. Shit!

" Now that you are done using from that idiot, why don't you give the money that he paid for your service? Share your income babe."

What income? Did he really think that Riege used me?

I can already feel the knife in my cheeks. I felt cold. One wrong move and he will surely burry the knife on my face without second thought.

" F-fine.... F-fine.... " the only word i answered because of my fear. He gave me a smirked without humor.

"Very good, then." he played the knife in my cheeks. That made me more trembled.

"It is useless if i destroy this beauty.if i would do that, then i can't use and make an income from you, right? I can earn from the most of it if this has no wound... So..... How much will you give as my share?"

"One hundred." he laughed without humor from what i said. Shit this idiot!

"Will you please be honest!? Are you kidding me? One hundred! Really? Bring me a large amount of money! I don't fucking need that one hundred pesos without three zero. Bring me jewelry. Money. Anything that can be earned! Did you get me! All the payment from that idiot will bound for you to give me! All cassie! All! And dont you try to fool or run away from me bacause i can still catch you. I will go after you wherever you are like how i followed you since then. I will surely follow you wherever you go. Everywhere.! Here me? Every...... Where...... " i was dumbfounded from his long rant.

Shit. How I can i get through from this drug addict! Shit!
