To Pay, Or Not

Inside the weapon and armor shop, Kiki was calculating the costs of buying the rookies full gear. She and Hakim concluded that even to buy the crappiest of gear and train them on basic strikes would cost a lot of money that neither was willing to spend. They came up with a plan to divide the cost among the team, but Jeff rejected the notion. He refused to spend his money on other players, especially ones who weren't on his team.

Leira, Nami, and Keith walked in, having points of their own, they were each willing to spend what was necessary to win the game. It was a bit disturbing to Kiki who felt Nami shouldn't buy her own gear since this was her first time actually playing. It was in fact a tradition that older players would buy first-time players their first set of gear.

Despite this feeling of shame, she rounded up the rest of the veteran players to split the bill in buying the other rookies copper equipment.
