It's The Prisoners

Vanessa walked about the market, telling Alice about her adventures from day one. How scary it was to be stuck in a theme where stuff happened, you were murdered multiple times, but mysteriously kept getting resurrected, and at the end, you had no clue what to make of it. Just for the next weekend to be in a theme where you're stranded in a crazy forest. And next month in outer space.

It was no question to Alice that Vanessa was obsessed with this game. Every story was a grand adventure that required Vanessa to act out what she did and what happened. Anybody involved in her stories was possibly exaggerated in every way.

This energy gave Alice the belief that this game was fun instead of a drag. Until Vanessa's face dropped to a stern look, telling the story about being eaten by an acidic plant. Alice could tell that was never going to be a pleasant story. She was so taken by it that she stood frozen for a minute, exposing her front teeth.
