The elevator opened revealing the golden and white aura of Olympus. It was big, scratch that, it was ginormous. Some people say a million blue suns could fit in Olympus, that's how big it was. It was home to the gods and goddesses.

Mount Olympus was the dwelling of the Olympian Gods and it was created after the Titanomachy, the battle during which the Olympians defeated their predecessors, the Titans, in a 10 year long war.

But it was more of a new world than a simple mountain now. Olympus was regarded as the abode of the gods and the site of the throne of Zeus.

Olympians were a race of deities, primarily consisting of a third and fourth generation of immortal beings, worshipped as the principal gods of the Greek pantheon and so named because of their residency atop Mount Olympus.

There he sat on the throne, the god of gods, Zeus himself. Of course there were other thrones in the room for the other higher gods and goddesses, but Zeus ruled over them and over Olympus, it was just right that he was above everyone else.

"Did you find the person" the god of the sea spoke in an expectant voice. Zeus looked across the room to all his fellow immortals. "no" he simply stated. "We have to find them" the goddess of reason, wisdom, and war spoke.

"Stating the obvious isn't something you usually do Athena" the god of gods spoke. Athena leaned back on her throne and took a deep breath before speaking again "there're gonna come for him" she said.

They all knew exactly who she was talking about. It's just a matter of time before one or more of them coming looking for Medusa's descendant. they needed to get to him first and kill him before they get there hands on him.

The gods are at a disadvantage, they are most likely to get to him first just for one good reason that they didn't like. And just like that, the queen walked in with all her glory and dishonesty.

"Then let's kill them before they can get there hands on him" she said. Everyone looked at her with an indifferent expression. "That's not an option" Zeus said. "And why not" Hera countered. "Because what I say goes" he ends with.

Her face scrunched up and her nose pinched, she huffed and disappeared into thin air. The conversation was going nowhere, as it always wasn't when they were talking about Medusa.

"Poseidon I want you to go to earth for a little while" he suddenly spoke. The god of the sea looked at him confused "why" he asked. "You'll sense when one of them comes to earth to achieve the descendant, follow them and capture him" he explained.

The gorgon paced around the room in anxiousness and panic. She was scared yet she knew that she didn't have time to be scared, her sister watched with empathy in her eyes, wanted to help in any way.

She placed a hand on her pacing sisters shoulder, she looked at her as her hair floated beside her. She led her to the couch and made her sit down. "There gonna kill him" the gorgon spoke with certainty. "Not if we get to him first" the other sister spoke.

"Euryale, we know when he truly awakens, we go to earth and get him" stheno spoke in a passionate voice. "There gonna try to stop us" euryale stated. "Then we kill them" as soon as stheno said that euryale stood up.

"Killing a god is punishable by death!" She raised her voice. "The prophecy states that he would destroy the world" stheno started. She looked into her sisters eyes with honesty and certainty. "I believe he will make the world"

"So what then" she asked. "We go to earth and seek him out" she started. "We're literally his aunts, we're his family" she pleaded. "If it isn't us who can find him, then who" she reassured her sister.

And just like that fate is gonna take both sides to earth and try to find 'the one that's gonna destroy the world'. It's like a game of chess, who will make what moves when, and who will come out .....
