Emerald kept on looking at Jasper as he was fast asleep. They both didn't get enough sleep. She just kept on urging him for more; she was so hungry for him that she just didn't want the night to end. It was dawn and here she was instead of sleeping, she was looking at the person she came to love so much and thinking of how to make her exit. As much as it hurt, she was going to make it so painful for him that he will forget her and find someone who will have a future with him.


She crawled out of the bed silently and tiptoed to the kitchen where she got a notebook and a pen. She sat down on the chair and began to write a letter. She had no courage to tell him directly. She was afraid she will be caught and she will break down completely.
