Pappa Pig, you deserve it

When the sun rose, as usual, everyone was back to their daily routine again, forgetting the event that occurred last night to go to work. Robbie Reyes was no exception as he was a car mechanic during the day.

"This world is full of bullshit now; there are monsters, heroes, aliens, and now demons?" a colleague of Robbie said with a disgruntled look. They were watching the news about the event last night.

"It's probably fake. There is no way a demon really exists!" Robbie's boss laughed it off.

"No, judging from the video, it seems to be real! Many people saw it, not to mention a large number of police cars and helicopters were blown out! The witnesses even said that they could smell the sulphur in the air!" the colleague said again while showing the boss the video on the internet.

"Bahh, it looks fake to me. It just seems like a doll or statue that got burned while shoved into a driving car." The boss said with a disbelief look on his face.

Robbie just listened to their small talk carefully without joining in. But it didn't last long as Robbie's colleague saw something that piqued Robbie's attention.

"Doesn't the demon car somehow look like your favourite car, Reyes?" the colleague asked confusedly.

"Nonsense! It's obviously different, although it has some similarities, but well, I am not the only one who likes this type of car!" Robbie said awkwardly.

"Now that you say it, yeah, it's different in many places, but man, it's a great car!" the colleague said as he observed the ghost rider's car from the video.

"Well, save up then. You will be able to afford your own sport car soon!" Robbie said indifferently.

"You are joking! If I only do this one job, there is no way I can save enough money in my lifetime to buy a sport car! To be honest, I am a little bit jealous that you have your own sport car!" the colleague said with a laugh.

"Just borrow some money. You can get it from the banks, I am sure!" Robbie said with a shrug.

"Stop joking, kid! Back to work!" the boss said annoyedly. Robbie just shrugged and went back to work, spending his mundane day with no other problems.

. . . . . . . . .

The next day, Justin, Robbie's colleague, was playing on his phone when his boss walked in and kicked his chair. "Stop messing around with your phone, kid! There is a guest outside!" the boss said annoyedly. Justin just rubbed his neck awkwardly and ran to the front to greet the customer.

"Hello, may I help you?" Justin said to a handsome guy with a beautiful car.

"There is something wrong with this beauty, so I want to get it checked," Dio said indifferently.

"Okay, what is wrong with it?" Justin said curiously.

"I don't really know, but it feels different," Dio said, still with his indifferent attitude.

"Okay, then we will do a comprehensive check on it. You should leave your number so we can call you if we found the trouble." Justin said while scratching his head. It was not his first rodeo with a smug rich customer like this.

"Well, that person looks capable. Can you ask him to work on my beauty?" Dio said shamelessly and pointed his finger at Robbie.

Justin and Robbie were confused, but Robbie didn't realise that Dio was the man who tried to help him the other night as Dio's appearance was different, all because he was using [Khnum] now. Dio actually found out about this place yesterday, but he decided to have T'challa survey the place first in case Ghost Rider noticed him.

"So, what's the matter?" Robbie asked Justin as he went along with Dio's request.

"There seems to be something wrong with his car, but he couldn't tell what it is. So, you might have to check everything on the go." Justin said confusedly.

Robbie shrugged and immediately worked on Dio's car. Dio himself wasn't in a hurry, so he lit a cigarette and sat down on a waiting chair in front of the garage. Half an hour later, after some tinkering, Robbie was finally done repairing Dio's car.

"She should be alright now. You can leave with your car after the payment." Robbie said indifferently.

"Are you sure? You are pretty fast! May I know what's wrong with it?" Dio said curiously.

"I don't really think there is something wrong with it, but I notice that your oil tank is almost dry. So, I just refill the oil, and that's it." Robbie said awkwardly.

"Interesting," Dio said with a weird smile on his face.

"Well, I hope you have a good day," Robbie said as he was weirded out by the man in front of him.

"Sure, but I have one more demand if you may. Can you make my car looks like your flaming ghost car from the other night?" Dio asked with a smirk on his face.

"What are you talking about? But if you want your car to be modelled after the ghost car, I think you have the wrong car brand. But maybe you can buy some matching car sticker, and I could put it on for you." Robbie said as he walked away indifferently.

Dio smirked even more as he was finally convinced that the man just now was truly the Ghost Rider! No one could lie to Dio as he easily knew when someone was lying.

"Well, if I can't convince you during the day, maybe I will come back again during the night," Dio said to Robbie as he walked towards the front office to pay for the repair.
