Colt had mistaken Klautz's actual speed as something that was provided by a momentary boost due to a skill.

'Such skills always have a cool down so he won't be using it again.'

The cool down associated with such skills was almost always inversely proportional to the skill's rank. The higher the rank, the smaller the cool down.

'Even the infamous Berserk skill had a cool down of a day. How could his skill be any better?'

Berserk was a class and also skill that was sought after in the world of hell. One of the leading guilds monopolized such a power and only gave it those in the guilds who were able to have certain achievements.

It was a skill to be feared. And why won't it be? Just by activating the skill all of the stats of the wielder were boosted by a 1.5x for a minute.
