Day 150-200 Military Part 3

Rexford went to school to take the College Courses they offered. When finishing most of the work, he didn't leave then and there. He just went over plans and studied different Cultivation Manuals with the Mini version of himself.

Conversation with his classmates went ok with a few giving a good feel on how they thought of his movies and shows produced so far. No major productions just yet but ones that gave a good direction for now. A few sucking up trying to get a part in something or some screen time. That stopped the moment he told them they didn't qualify due to their mental states and that they would have to pay money to do so.

"Haa, at least they took the hint finally." Chang Wen sat down across from him. "A few even bugged me until I gave them what for. But I did send a few from the Drama Club Sini Dova's way."

"That's good." Rexford gave her a slight nod before grabbing her hand. "Make sure to have fun still, but tell me what is bothering you?"

"Just the folks, trying to control my life. I already set them straight so don't worry. Dad even tried to arrange a meeting with the scions of Jin City." She gave a frown briefly before smiling at his heated look. "Don't worry, I told them I am taken for. My mother kind of lost it."

"Greedy things," Rexford ran his hand over the ring on her finger. "Looks good on you. Maybe it will help shut them up more."

"Few jealous glares, but I like it. Feels good to be the first, but rather an engagement ring."

"Right... save that for like the future. Still not too late to run away." Rexford stood up but she pulled him back. "Hey!"

"Not going anywhere, buddy boy. I know it won't be just me, made peace with that. Since when did you become all sentimental like this?"

"Eh, just thinking a few things over is all. Takes a lot to build an entire Family Dynasty from the ground up. Lots of babies and stuff. Then they have to grow and mature sounds fun but also really time-consuming." Rexford frowned thinking how bad it would be without qi usage. The crying alone would have him wasting money to shut the babies up with lots of nannies. "Glad I know a few techniques to speak with infants. So that should help."

"Hey, you two, no hanky panky in school." A'Xiu teased. She sat right next To Rexford sporting a ring of her own. "Our studies in Formation Breaking are going well. It is just so extensive that we need more time."

"You have a long time, this is just something else to help supplement your studies." Rexford had a few in the Ansatusken who did not have the bloodthirsty tendencies to be ruthless killers studying as well. It was worth having something like this covered. "Just take your time and all will be well. If it turns into something urgent I will make sure to get right on top of the matter."

"I bet you will." A'Xiu smirked. "Bet you can't wait to get on top of some of the students, Master Mingyun."

"That is true, have two with me now." Rexford gave both an appraising look. "Tempted to just take you both on a little getaway to do it. But that would be crass would it not?"

"Yes.. yes it would." A'Xiu stammered. "Don't you have stuff to go and do? Like getting to the Canglong base?"

Rexford got up kissing them both on the hand goodbye. A few stunning looks from those gathered students, left a few rumors spreading that day. Chang Wen was coming to after thinking over a romantic getaway for the three in the future when they were more age-appropriate.

"I want to go to the Caribbean." She said dreamily. Seeing Rexford leave she turned to A'Xiu. "What did you find out about that Qin Family and its Young Master? Worth Rexford getting to know?"

"Haa, no. He is problematic." Passing her phone over, she let the emails speak for the situation. "This is the small stuff, the big stuff is at home on the computer. The Wang Clan is also.. problematic."

"Rexford said they are not a problem overall. They are not an issue to consider for personal movements. He does not have family ties besides those in his registry." Chang Wen believed it somewhat but also did not discount emotional ties that may pop up. "I won't let them get in the way of my happiness. You can back down if you won't."

"Fat chance!" A'Xiu would not go back to a poor life and deal with the life of a servant for Xu Ao territory region. Her siblings were just getting themselves together and working for her. Which made her think about why Rexford pushed the education issue. "That's why he wants us smarter!"

"Hmm?"

"In case something happens to him we need to be able to survive somehow. Personal strength for the unordinary and education to make moves. Ugh, I need to study more." Having calmed down, she addressed what they were talking about beforehand.

Formulating plans that they would bring to the attention of the others. Especially Tang since she knew the various families more.

.

Military Base-

.

After watching the troops train under the guidance of Bai and Chitang, the latter excelled at military life with the structure and training. Enough that, despite his age, the military was willing to make an exception in letting him stay long-term.

Cultivation was by far the craziest with making exceptions. Bai would take over as the secondary instructor long-term. Chitang acted as Rexford's eyes and ears when he would not be around. Also saved money on the Special School somewhat.

Chitang would go to the school in the mornings and then to the base in the evening. Biao staying at the base and only leaving to handle a few matters off base. A small little corner of Chuzhuo under his purview.

Which includes the Coco bar. The soldiers would need an outlet and a way to temper emotional behavior. They did not know Rexford was co-owner and acquainted with the staff. If trouble happened, well just worse for them in the military.

After progressing somewhat and surviving the grueling methods of Chitang, the group wanted to see the fighting abilities of the general instructor. But not just the soldiers participating, all of the instructors had to come at him.

"Don't disappoint me." Rexford channeled his internal qi striking Chitang and Biao brutally. Disabling the biggest threats as he fought the others now. "Oh ho, pack tactics!"

Three soldiers rushed him from the front while two came from the side. The strikes were parried into each other but the soldiers displaced most of the momentum easily. Before he was hit from the side, Rexford jumped out of the encirclement.

"Hah!" A forceful shout of qi knocked a few on standby back. The pressure of seeing their brain function for a few milliseconds. Enough they felt trapped by a wild animal. "Hmm?"

The Captain and two others came at him using the Canglong Stretch Claw. Delivering a roundhouse kick, they were pushed away before making contact. Sliding on the ground, claw marks create rivets in the ground.

A few more soldiers attacked but were taken down with a precise sheet strike. Knocking the air from their lungs put them out of commission. As well as needing medical attention if they ended up collapsing.

"Kuff!" Biao Got up forcefully ready to strike back. Chitang was next to him looking dazed but otherwise ready to get in the mix. They held back as a trio had a plan of their own.

"Try this!" Huo, Gu Liuru, and Yu Qing circulated their qi, with the latter showing the most control among them but the least amount of ferocity and power. "Iron-Mountain Kao!" The wisps of energy combined into one.

Huo and Gu Liuru reached a hand inside running at Rexford to strike. Recovered soldiers prepared themselves to grab him if he jumped again. While others tried to keep him in place.

"Hm." Rexford wanted to test the strength of the blow so he took it head on. Sending a jab to make sure they connect. "Nice!"

*KOOOM!* The resulting shockwave sent the soldiers flying away. Rexford stared at his cut knuckle for a moment, He had to immediately turn around to deal with the attack of Chitang and Biao. Both coming at him full throttle from the opening.

Biao swung with the force of nature behind him. Catching Rexford in the jaw and cracking it on the spot. The recoil from the blow broke Biao's hand in several places. The difference in the training of the body present.

"Gotcha!" Chitang wrapped around Rexford in a stranglehold. Hands made of qi wrapping around him like a snake. "Won't get out of this one Father!" As he exerted his qi, he forgot about the fact Rexford was willing to injure himself to win.

"Don't count your win just yet." Jumping up, Rexford slammed them into the ground. Chitang eyes bugged out as the pressure along was suffocating. "Again!" Another jump but going towards Biao, they rammed into each other hard.

"Kuk!" Chitang felt a few bones break in his back. The shock caused him to loose control of the qi wrapping hands. "I give up!" Letting go, he fell to the ground limp. "Ugh, it hurts everywhere!" It was the first time the soldiers generally saw the child complain.

"Not through yet!" Biao grabbed Rexford and gave him a suplex. Running his qi through his body, his muscle mass and strength alone increased 3x fold. "Big Impact!" A large fist came down but was stopped.

*Pat!* Rexford stopped the fist with his palm. The force pushed him further into the ground a few inches. Standing up, he pushed Biao backward forcefully. His eyes glowing golden and a smile on his face.

"Good!" Letting him go, Rexford fixed his tie and brushed the dirt off himself. "Let's see how you do under pressure!" Switching to just regular martial arts, he would not stop until he was satisfied.

After the sparring finished with all of them, they understood the gap in strength. Biao and Chitang had increased in technique, which was a bonus. The soldiers contain more strength than most in the military now.

The Violence & Fear Qi inside them was so good, that Rexford didn't even have to take from the environment. The insecurities in these men were a treat in and of itself. The Aspects of Violence & Fear Spears growing in strength almost nonstop.

A few people were gathered to the side having come to check out the competition and to cause trouble.

"I'm Gaobaisheng from Octopole." A smug young man stepped forward. Huo Donglai did not like the looks of this. As well as the disrespect was shown. "What is it, uncle?"

"Don't cause trouble for Master Mingyun."

"Master..." Gaobaisheng was surprised. The same as the others that hear the tone. "..you have taken him as your Master, how foolish. I heard his martial arts were great, so I want to ask for his advice."

"You are not worthy of a spar!" The soldiers shouted. Each of them sticking up for the General Instructors. As Honorary members of the Ansatusken, the insult was not going to pass. "Let us show them what for!"

"No one here is afraid of you!" A soldier shouted loudly.

"Let me do it!" Chu Minghui stepped out. Having already recovered already from the second knocked-out push by Rexford. "Need to show them not to cause trouble for us!"

"These soldiers..." Gaobaisheng raised his foot and then stomped on the ground with force. "..these are the disciples you trained, they look about average."

*Thump!* The small wave of force barely kicked up any dust. The soldiers just sneered at him in contempt. A glare from Biao had them strengthen up quickly. Not wanting them to give in to provocation easily.

"Do not look down on him. He has bad training." Biao nudged at Chu Minghui to go ahead. "Don't hurt him too badly. It is just an exchange with someone weaker than you."

The two squared off in an small circle. Minghui matched him blow for blow with ease. Applying just enough pressure to cause the arrogant fighter to back peddle. Those with him frowning at the difference in skill.

"Tch! He is ahead of us!" A soldier shouted. The constant sparring with one another showed more than a few differences between them.

"You are too early to be my match!" Gaobaisheng was good but he was also too arrogant. If Minghui had a cultivation manual the entire time he practiced, he would have wiped the floor with him. His determination and training were exemplary. Just had a mental issue Rexford saw. "What's this!?"

"Raah!" Minghui leg's bulged enough that his pants ripped. Putting his full weight into the next strike, he punched his opponent directly in the chest. Sending his opponent flying away like a rocket. With literal flame coming from the impact area. "Ugh!'

Blood left Minghui's mouth as he pushed himself too far. The technique he used was taught by Biao and still needed additional work. A few soldiers rushed to his side to lay him down.

"Get a stretcher," Yu Qing ordered. Already pressing down on the ruptured blood vessels. "this technique is too ghastly!"

"It will be fine." Rexford looked down at the young man and smiled. Waving his hand in the air, he pulled qi from the environment and sent it to heal his soldiers. A large focus on Minghui's very injured legs. "A rest day tomorrow for the good work. Physical rest that is."

Yu Qing nodded and made sure the order would be carried out. As he treated the soldiers, the injured Gaobaisheng's injuries were so severe he had trouble breathing. Almost his entire chest cavity was ruined.

A pink-haired girl cried seeing her brother's ruined state from the exchange.

"Was I completely wrong in my observation?" Old Big was surprised. He gestured to his cohort to try things out. "Uncle Mu Shan." An older man stepped forward. The insult was not a problem, they felt they needed to regain some face.

The situation started to become problematic, at this rate, there would be casualties.

"Chitang, break the old man until he barely has any life left in him." Rexford ordered. Chitang stepped forward ready to play with the old fogey. "If he dies, well.. that is his just dessert."

"Wait!" Huo Donglai got between the two. Very aware Chitang would follow that order exactly. "Little Master Chitang, he is not worth it. Your father is playing around."

"Oh, you are speaking for me now?" Rexford's tone was cold. Donglai was nowhere on the level of trust to do such a thing. He stepped back after apologizing. "Chitang."

"A child..." Mu Shan was about to say something but the overwhelming killing intent shut him up. The image of a Viper striking at his neck popped up in his mind. "Ugh!" Blocking the blow, the old man stepped back. Completely drenched in sweat.

Mu Shan's arm dangled to the side lifeless. His veins bulged from the qi blow delivered by Chitang. A tiny bit of Qi mixed with poison was delivered to block the arteries.

"That brat is too cruel.." Uncle Big stated. Looking at Mu Shan and Gaobaisheng's state already, he wanted to retract his statements immediately. Common sense finally catching up with the old cultivator. "Enough, Mu Shan come back! The child is too powerful!"

Chitang remembered enough to not continue to press the fight. He stepped back towards the soldiers who cheered for his easy victory.

No one made any movements for a few minutes.

"We are leaving." Uncle Big said. He stopped as the others lifted up the two beaten to near death. "But before we go, I want to warn you Master Mingyun, we Octopole also have a Master. We will seek revenge for this humiliation."

"Oh, how silly of you to say such a thing." Rexford mocked. His hand lifted as he gave a wave. The Left Master Hand appeared knocking all of them to the ground and breaking some bones. "Now it is real humiliation. You don't deserve to walk away. Better to crawl or be carried out. Never speak ill of my son or try to cause problems for my soldiers!"

Remembering his teachings of his mercenary teachers, he made sure to remember the faces of those who came today. A planned bullet or knife would make sure they remember never to cause an issue ever again.

"Kuff!" Old Big was awake a few moments before the pain forced him to pass out. Those with him not evening standing a chance.

"Huo Donglai, clean this mess up. Make sure to write up the Official Report on these members of Octopole coming to interrupt our training exercise and making threats. I will not tolerate such actions again." Rexford went to instructing the soldiers who looked at him with Fear & Respect. 'Such tasty Fear!'

"Of course sir!" Huo would not shirk this duty.
