＞???'s POV＜

Hi, my name is Shizuku Yaegashi, and today is the worst day of my life. I and many of my classmates are what many people call Heroes, who were summoned from another world. At first, we were very scared, anxious, and worried about our families. But after some explaining from the ones who summoned us, we calmed down a bit. It has been 1 week since we had begun our training, and now we are strong enough to clear a few floors in the labyrinth. One thing led to another, and now I am here, in my current predicament.

It all goes back to 1 hour ago. I honestly just wanted to test my new katana out, so I asked the king for permission to go hunting in a nearby forest alone. Well... My childhood friend, Kouki, did ask me if he could tag along but I refused him as his [Hero] job was important to the kingdom. Yet, he still asked me to test out the new katana in the labyrinth, but there was a problem with that. They didn't allow heroes to go into the labyrinth alone unless the whole party came. And today was everyone's vacation week, so I did not want to disturb them.

I bid goodbye to Kouki and the king, then left. Time skip to when I was in the forest. I was resting after fighting over 30 goblins, and suddenly I heard rustling and running steps. I stood up feeling alerted and many other orcs appeared. I knew I couldn't escape because they all surrounded me, and if I fought, I would be on the losing side because I am too weak currently. So I decided to fight instead of not doing anything.

Yup, that was what happened. Right, back to the current time. I looked really bad, my clothes were ripped, and I have wounds all over my body. I don't think I could keep fighting anymore. The orcs were approaching me as I struggled to stand up, I could not move back anymore as my back was against a tree. They raised their greatswords and swung them down.

'I don't want to die!' I said in my mind as I closed my eyes tightly.

*Thud*

I heard something falling. I waited and waited but I did not feel any pain, so I slowly opened my eyes to see a figure standing in front of me, orcs lying dead behind the figure. I went into a daze seeing the figure's handsome face.

"Are you alright?" He asked me.

＞3rd POV＜

"Are you alright?" Seal asked the girl who was backed up to a tree. He had already taken out all the orcs silently when he snuck behind them. Luckily, he arrived quickly or else she would have become minced meat.

"..."

"Hello?" Seal waved his hand in front of her.

She quickly snapped out her daze as she hung her head down low, blushing. She said, "I-I am alright..."

"Okay great. Here, take this potion and drink it. It will heal your wounds." Seal said and handed her a potion.

She hesitated at first but decided to just drink it. She noticed that all her wounds were closing and healing at a rapid rate, she was astonished at its effects.

"What's your name? My name is Seal Azathoth. Nice to meet you." Seal introduced himself with a smile.

"My name is S-Shizuku Yaegashi. You can call me Shizuku, nice to meet you too." She said shyly while staring at his face. She was entranced by the sight of his smile on his face.

'Shizuku Yaegashi? Where have I heard that name?' He ponders to himself as he found the name familiar.

'Wait. Shizuku... That 'Shizuku Yaegashi' from Arifureta?!' He came to a realization. Am I really in the Arifureta world? And am I not in the actual timeline? I have never heard about her leaving the castle to go to the forest...

"Yaegashi-san, you're a summoned person, right?" He asked her, to confirm his guess.

"Y-yes I am, I and my classmates were summoned to this world to fight the demons." His question snapped Shizuku back into reality. She was shocked at what he just asked her.

"But how did you know?" She asked incredulously.

'I knew it! I am in Arifureta.' Seal said in his mind.

"I am also a summoned person from Japan."

"Oh? Which kingdom did you get summoned to?" Naturally, she thought that he was summoned in this kingdom, but she threw that thought out as she would know if there were another summoned person in the castle. So she wanted to know which kingdom he came from, he might be an enemy. She did not want to become an enemy of this man as he was really strong.

"I do not know. When I woke up, I was in the middle of the forest." He shook his head.

"Oh, it must have been hard for you to survive at first, right?"

"Not at all, I was just worried for my family, that's it." He wasn't lying, he truly was worried about his family. He tried to ask the system but it said that he could only find out about his family when he unlocks the last feature. But it assured Seal that his family was doing well.

"I understand. Do you, by any chance, want to come to the castle with me? I'm sure we have space." She asked.

"I don't think so. I am planning on traveling to increase my strength, and I do not want to bother the king with my presence." He said apologetically.

'And I don't want to meet the "lost-in-his-delusions" [Hero].' He said in his mind.

"Then... Will I see you again soon?"

"You will, I promise." He said while taking out a white katana with a black handle filled with craving and red edges. He handed it to Shizuku.

"What is this?" She received the katana and asked.

"It's my goodbye present and your replacement for your broken katana over there. The katana itself is more durable than your old one, and it can cut through monsters easily." He said while smiling.

"For me...?" She looked at the katana briefly before staring at Seal in disbelief. She needed to confirm if he was joking or not.

"Yes."

"T-thank you. I'll make sure to take good care of it." She said while her face turned red. She hugged the katana tightly against her chest as if she would lose it in the next second.

"I have to go now. See you next time!" Seal said as he walked away.

"U-un bye..." Shizuku said as she stared at the disappearing figure.

"Seal Azathoth..." She muttered his name.

"Just like I thought... The cloak was a bad idea." Seal said to himself. It had came off at some point when he was running.

He then walked towards the nearest town according to the system's map. He found some new ways to make system points. so that was the only reason why he spent 2,000 points to buy Shizuku the katana.

His reason for buying her that is to help her fight against that future demon, but mostly due to it having many benefits. Although he said it was a present, it was more for him to monitor the Hero's team action and movement because he put tracking magic on it.

Depending on the situation, it could help him from troublesome things.

'System, I remember there was a quest that I finished not too long ago. What reward did I get?' He remembered about the Goblin Hunter quest that he completed when killing 10 goblins.

"Excuse me, do you know where the nearest inn?" Seal asked a man nearby.

"There is an inn called "Moonlit Inn" 10 minutes from here if you just walk straight, it will be on the left of you." The man said as he pointed up ahead.

"Thanks!" Seal said as he bid goodbye and walked to where the man pointed. Just as the man said, there was a big inn with a sign that displayed "Moonlit Inn".

*Jingle Jingle*

"Welcome to the Moonlit Inn. How may I help you?" A female receptionist greeted Seal. She did not know why but she felt comfortable around him.

"Hi, can I rent a room?" He asked.

"Sure, that would be 50 luta for 3 days, and 125 luta for 3 days with meals."

"Thank you, here is 2000 luta for 48 days with meals."

"I have received the money. Here the key to your new room." She said while handing him a small brown key.

"Come, I will lead you to your new room." She held his hand and led him upstairs to the 2nd floor. Soon they arrived at a room which seemed to be Room 5.

"Mister, will you be down for dinner soon?" She asked him.

"Not today. I am tired after a long journey to get here. Also my name is Seal Azathoth. Azathoth is the family name." He replied.

"Okay, I got it. But can I see your face under the hood? I am just curious since we're going to be basically neighbors. I live in the room above."

"I don't think that's a good idea..."

"Oh come on! Just once."

"Fine. You better not regret it." Seal said while taking off his hood.

'Hm?! She's not affected by my infinite charm?' He was shocked. Is she not interested in men?

It was understandable that he was stupefied, the receptionist did not budge or blush when she saw him. On the contrary, she kept a calm face.

"I'm sorry to bother you, I have to go now." The receptionist said in a hurried tone. Without waiting for an answer, she ran to her room.

'What was that all about? Oh well.' Seal shrugged his shoulders as he thinks that it was just a problem coming up. He turned around and entered the newly rented room. The room was made of brick and it was large for an inn room, comparable to those rich inns. Though it does not look as fancy.

Seal went to sleep first as he needed to replenish his energy. Lying down on the bed, he thought about his family.

'I'll get stronger to see you again mom, Elenor, and Alice!' Finally, he couldn't keep himself awake anymore, he closed his eyes.

"Nngh... Ah! That felt so good. It took all my willpower just to keep a calm face... Why was he so handsome and making me so aroused? Ahhh, NoOoOoOOO CUMMING!!!!" A female screamed while doing unspeakable deeds.
