✦Removed the statistical numbers from the status. Sorry, but I might release an end status with the numbers in it at the end of the book though. Ok, thanks for listening! Here is chapter 10~.✦
The 20th floor housed the Rockmounts. They were gorilla-like monsters. They can camouflage well with their surroundings. They were strong and had a strong defense, but instead, they liked ambush a lot.
Even though, It was nigh impossible for them to hide from his detection ability. When he saw the Rockmounts, Seal was overwhelmed by the sheer size of the Rockmounts groups. There were at least 500, if not more, Rockmounts in his sight. But then he remembered he had magic to deal with big monster groups, his fire magic. Seal's fire magic skill could only be able to cast fireballs at level 1. He can gain skill experience by using it a lot.
Seal fired fireballs at the Rockmounts in rapid succession. Their forces were dwindling by the second, but it was too slow. After firing over 200 fireballs, he did not feel exhausted at all. He continued firing as he ran around the still massive group, making the Rockmounts unable to do anything against him. Seal continued this for the next 30 minutes until the numbers died down a lot.

Now, he had fired about 2500 fireballs, making his fire magic reach level 4. Seal could feel his magic taking a toll on his mental state. Therefore, he stopped using fire magic. Since the number of monsters died down, he could now use his [Black Void]'s ability. He rushed toward the Rockmounts and activated [Decimation Barrage], killing groups of Rockmounts left and right nonstop.
The ability deactivated 15 seconds later, leaving behind a monster count of one-fourth of the original number. Then after some time, Seal was finally able to kill off the remaining monster.
'Ugh, that was tiring.' Seal panted.
〖Completed Quest: Slay Them Gorillas!
Completed Hidden Bonus: Slay 250 Rockmounts in 1 hour
Rewards: 2 rare lottery tickets, 1000 system points.
Bonus Rewards: All rewards are tripled.
Total Rewards: 6 rare lottery tickets, 3000 system points.〗
'Huh? Not bad!' Seal was astonished at the sudden news. Triple the original reward?!
『Notice! The host has completed his first hidden requirement. Therefore the system will reward the host with a skill called «Experience Boost Lv.1». It will boost the amount of experience the host gets per monster killed.』
'Awesome! Now I can level up much faster.' Seal smiled to himself as he thought about how hard it would be later on if he did not have this skill.
Seal looked at his current status and was very surprised. He had gotten quite more powerful.

'I see that I had gained a lot of benefit while fighting. The Chantless Magic, for example, it must have been that I got it because I did not chant to cast fireballs.' Seal reasoned in his head.
『The host still has the skill scroll «Space-and-Time Magic» in his inventory. The host should use it because Space-and-Time Magic is considered very rare, almost close to being a Unique skill. Also because it has a variety of functions that the host needs.』
'Okay, use the skill scroll.' Seal said to the system.
『Ding! The host has learned «Space-and-Time Magic Lv. 1», its current usable functions are Teleport and Space Tracker. Teleport allows the host to teleport anywhere within 6 meters, and it will increase along with the magic level. Space Tracker allows the host to place a tracker on a person and track them wherever they are. The numbers of trackers depend on the magic's level.』
'Both of these are very useful. Teleport, which I can use for surprise attacks or for getting out of critical situations. Space Tracker, which is useful for knowing a person's whereabouts if I am not near them.' Seal carefully thought about how to use the newly learned magic to the best of its capabilities.
Seal used Teleport, and he immediately appeared 6 meters away from his original position. It seems that the cooldown for using Teleport is 30 seconds. Seal wanted to do some more experiments with Teleport, but he left it aside for now.
He continued his journey to the 65th floor of the labyrinth. For the next few layers, Seal had only encountered a mix of Ratmen and Rockmounts, but of course, the difficulty was increasing with each floor.
When he reached the 38th floor, he had encountered skeletons, particularly sword-wielding skeletons. They were Traum Soldiers, very powerful but also very brittle. The lowest level one was level 25, while the highest was 29.
Though 1 day had already passed, Seal was making great progress in completing the quest. But along the way, he noticed something peculiar. Monsters dropped items when they die? He thought as he knows that monsters in this world did not drop any weapons or materials.
'System, why are monsters dropping items when they are not supposed to.' Seal asked in his mind.
『I will explain to the host. Although monsters are not supposed to drop items normally, the system made it drop items to gain system points easier. You can sell monster drops based on their value in the system shop. I will automatically collect all the monster drops whenever the host defeats it. The items obtained can be found inside the system's inventory.』
'Oh, that's right! Can you open up my inventory to see what I have so far?'
『Affirmative.』
︻
All items are automatically categorized.
Monster Parts: 254x Ratman teeth, 90 Rockmount heads, 163x Traum Soldiers bones.
Weapons & Clothing: 78x broken metal swords, 67x broken metal shields, 94x metal swords, 56x metal shields.
Magics: None
Others: 32x Small Recovery potions, 27x Small Mana potions.
︼
'Oh wow! So many loots, I will keep all of the potions as they are valuable. How many system points will I get if I sell all of these?'
『Calculating... If the host sells all of these, you can get 6750 system points.』
'That's a lot! Sell. Sell immediately!'
『Yes, 6,750 system points have been added. The host now has 13,115 system points.』
'Nice! Now I don't have to worry about my system points anymore.'
'Let's check out the shop now. The system, open the shop.'
『Opening . . .』
A list of, what seems to be [Skill Scrolls] for jobs, popped up in front of Seal.
︻
Level needed to fully unlock the shop: Level 30
Forging Lv. 1: 5,000 system points
Alchemy Lv. 1: 5,000 system points
Photographic Memory: 5,000 system points
...
...
[Steel Blade]
[Steel Spear]
[Bow]
[Wooden Staff]
︼
The list continues for a long time, but it was just all basic and normal skills. He noticed the level requirement needed to unlock the full shop items, so he did not dwell on the matter of the shop having only basic [Weapons] and [Skill Scrolls].
Seal decided to buy «Forging» and «Photographic Memory» skill scrolls. He needed to have these skills because he did not want to waste system points to buy armors from the shop. So he wants to make them himself. And he would likely need to remember a lot of things in the future.
There was also a skill that he would have liked, but he did not have enough system points. Seal had 3,115 system points left after spending 10,000 on the two skill scrolls.
'System, can rare items be dropped from monsters?' He asked the system because if rare items dropped, he could use them instead of selling.
『Yes, with the host's luck, the drop rate of rare items is increased. Does the host want to be notified when rare items drop?』
'Yes!' Seal thought that letting the system alert him will be more convenient. He continued clearing the next floors.
Seal had not encountered any new monsters so far, but he knew there were more monsters on the True Labyrinth Level. He thought about when he would be able to get out of this world and meet his family. Probably not anytime soon..., Seal sighed.
Seal needed to get stronger, a lot stronger to be able to travel the multiverse. After killing an uncountable number of monsters, he had reached the 65th floor.
As soon as he entered the floor, a massive magic circle appeared in the middle. Many smaller magic circles appeared a few meters away from it. Swarms of Traum Soldiers appeared after the smaller magic circles disappeared, while the big one summoned a massive four-legged creature. It was a Behemoth!
"ROAR!" The massive Behemoth roared.
"SHUT UP! YOU'RE HURTING MY EARS!" Seal roared back.
The Behemoth must have gotten provoked by Seal's roar because it immediately charged at him, looking angry. It crushed all the Traum Soldiers in its way even though they were supposed to be allies.
'Weak! Absolutely weak!' Seal exclaimed in his mind. He had used «Appraisal» on the Behemoth status and was bewildered. He had expected the behemoth to put up a fight, but alas, its stats were not even a fifth of Seals.
The Behemoth was close to Seal as it prepared to stab him with its horns. But when it got 4 meters away from him, Seal had disappeared from its sight.
The Behemoth widened its eyes and knew it had fucked up.
A few moments later, the Behemoth was on the floor, whimpering toward Seal, who had cut off both of its horns. Seal, not caring about it, sliced the Behemoth head off. It had damaged his eardrums, which was unforgivable.
✦Poor Behemoth...That was really anticlimactic.✦
