Now back to the chapter]

The world completely changed after the war, new laws were formed and everyone was relatively happy, however, soon things started to change. More villains started to appear, and one of the laws was that using your quirk to hurt someone was against the law, and it also applied to self-defense. It was a relief that this law only applied to the United States, which sincerely had a lot of dumb laws for everything... Slowly but surely people started to realize that the government was forcing them to stay quiet and suffer as a lot of villains started to pop out like rabbits, they used their quirks to commit crimes and got away with it, while those who used their quirks to protect themselves were put in prison.

This shows how stupid a government can be...

So after 50 after the war, things started to change for real. A new "profession" was born. Hero, official government heroes started to take care of villains while the non-governmental heroes, also known as vigilantes, were considered criminals by using their quirk against others without a permit, the new law. These laws were very flexible because the permit that would be given to a hero was something interesting, they could use their quirks in public without problem, for example, Someone with a flying quirk or a quirk that permits flight will have permission to fly wherever they want in their country.

Of course, not only heroes have had a permit to use their quirks in public, no! A new job was born with all the destroying events that followed the surging of quirks and destructive quirks and accidents with villains that brought to light the need for better things. Better buildings, better healthcare system, better everything! The prison was now almost pointless because of the numerous quirks that could be used to escape, so scientists focused everything they could to study quirks and adapt to them, leaving technology behind. New, prototypes, of 'quirk-restraining' cuffs, was created in Japan by Ing Industries using genetic blocking which worked. Several countries wanted them, so what Ing Industries did? They opened a shopping mall in every single one of the countries that wanted the 'quirk-restraining' cuffs.

This brought great sums of money to the hands of the CEO of Ing Industries which improved a lot of the employees' lives, which made the Industri be part of the front page of several newspapers which praised the CEO of Ing Industries and even speculated who they might be.

Back to the topic, the new 'quirk-restraining' cuffs worked perfectly well by blocking off the quirk factor of the body, which simply made people unable to use their quirks or have great difficulty using their quirk, which made a lot of scientists interested in this, buying and trying to do the oh so famous 'reverse engineering that completely failed. How? Simple, the metal used to make these cuffs was special, made specially by Klein Knight after bathing it in C-01 Energy, he discovered it could block quirks or the so-called quirk factor or gene. This block could be forcefully broken, but it would cause great pain or even internal damage to the person unless of course, the person has a strong quirk and has great control over it.

50 years after the war was enough for some countries to flourish, and one of these countries was Japan, Japan didn't join the war at all! They simply watched it all, protecting themselves and not caring. It was surprising that the Japanese Government followed Mikaboshi's advice and didn't join the war, but anyway, Japan flourished. How? A new era was born, quirks were genetic, so people began to marry others to create stronger quirks! One of these people was the new generation, called Yamoto Yayorozu, he was born from a Quirk Marriage Contract to create a new and more powerful quirk, and his quirk was very interesting.

He could change matter by touching it and using his body fat as fuel. For example, he could change the state of matter to solid, liquid, or had if he uses his fat as a fuel to change the matter around his body. He ultimately was trained to be a businessman and heir of the new Yayorozu family that started to rise in Japan. He quickly became famous and a lot of people wanted him because he could make gold out of thin air, which was something he could do by changing the very matter's essence. Oxygen could be changed into Nitrogen and other elements at will, which was both very harmful and helpful. And better yet, the boy was only 17 years old and single.

Marriage proposals were sent here and there, people trying to make connections to the Yayorozu family... Even the Azure Onis made contact and offered something better than the money and connections others could offer... The leader of the Azure Onis offered power. Nemuri quite literally offered the Yayorozu family a position in their ranking, protection, and training... Yamoto would have the chance to become a Fallen Angel himself. This already brought some hope and fear inside the Yayorozu family... Why? Well, every known Fallen Angel achieved great things in their lives, but they were also trained by the Wicked Angel, the most dangerous person alive! After discussing everything, the Yayorozu family took the chance and became part of the Azure Onis. They soon got access to the underworld, which was pretty big at this point...

The Azure Onis being the new Yakuza, but more with a family dynamic, the Blood Roses being the best assassin organization, The Nest being the best place to get information about someone or something, there was also All for One's empire and other minors factions. They even got to meet Nemuri Azure, the leader of the Azure Onis, a Fallen Angel himself.

The Wicked Angel was sort of a historic figure and mostly used as a boogie man figure, but most people knew he was real, the future generations would slowly start to think he is just that... a story, but the underworld and government would never forget the Wicked Angel. The funny part is that, while considered a boogie man-like figure, Klein Knight became a legend.
