58: Threat Levels
Toshinori was having a great morning.
He had just left the beach, where his successor was, a young man named Midorya Izuku, who was also quirkless before receiving Ine for All from him, he was quite weak physically and mentally, but he had the determination to get stronger was something difficult to find in people, most people dint have the ambition to get stronger or something similar... It's been almost a year since he chose the boy as his successor and the time to present him to his teacher was approaching faster...
You see, it's a tradition from the One for All users to bring their successor to Elysium, where they would present their successor to the master of Elysium, also known as The Wicked Angel, where they would be trained until they have mastered how to use the quirk... You see, after the Third World War, people with power started to rise in different countries. So to balance everything, a system was created, a way to determine the threat level of an individual, this system was a person who had a quirk that was named [Danger Sense], which could calculate the threat of an individual. The ranks were simple:
Harmless: Normally only Quirkless people receive this ranking
Green: Minimum Threat Level
Red: Medium Threat Level
Black: High Threat Level
White: Country Threat Level
Behemoth: Continental Threat Level
Leviathan: World Threat Level
Chaos: Impossible to Calculate
This system was shared by every single government in the world, and even on the internet! There was a site which was a wiki, with the categories and the confirmed individuals that are part of that category! Let's use an individual you know... Toshinori Yagi, also known as All Might, his threat level is White, but only because he is a righteous hero and Fallen Angel. Because of his heroic thinking, he wouldn't cause chaos and go around destroying everything and killing everyone! Also, the threat level automatically goes up one rank if the target is a Falle Angel. Anyway, the wiki site also had a page dedicated to all Fallen Angels and even to The Wicked Angel himself!
Old videos were dug out from the depths of the internet but in all of them no photo or image of The Wicked Angel's face could be seen, only his red eyes and golden feathery wings. Every single student was also listed, well, only those that were known to be taught by him, and all of them had at least Black Threat Level. The targets were also put in three categories, those with Age, with Power, and those with both.
Immortals are those who have Age, those who have lived long enough to accumulate wealth and influence, however, their power is not that great.
Powerhouses are those with Power, those who have powerful quirks and/or combat experience and can fight well, however, they dont have a lot of influence If compared to the Immortals and they won't live as long.
Titans are the third and last category, they have both the power, age, influence, connections, individual and group power. And one of those was The Wicked Angel himself.
However, The Wicked Angel was treated as a fairy tale by some, including the other one in the Titan category: All for One. All for One was only White Level Threat, and if compared to The Wicked Angel, he was nothing. Because of their threat level and Titan status, both received alias on the site, which was Chaos Titan and White Titan respectively.
Given this information, let's go back to the story. Toshinori decided to not bring Midorya to Klein, after all the boy would be tortured by Klein In the excuse of training to get stronger, just the thought already brought shivers to his spine... Klein was too ruthless and destructive, he would break your bones and have you keep fighting even with broken bones and internal bleeding, and would only heal you when you could no longer stay up, pushing you through the limits of the human body.

Recently I've been having author block, but do not worry I will keep writing, so maybe the quality will decrease a little but I will try to make it good enough. I recently got a gift from my sister, a book, Percy Jackson and the Olympians! A very good and very first book so I will keep reading it for a while and try to get over my author block.
