Hello everyone I answer in the name of Deborah I am 35 years old I am married with 4 children. Two girls and two boys. My father died when I was only 5 years old so most of my life I spent with my mom and my stepfather, that is to say the new husband of my mother. All this time spent together has shown me how amazing my mom is. And I would like to share with you what makes it exceptional in my eyes.

I think we are already done with the presentations. You already know my first name. So let's move on to my mom. A very strong woman who loves her children from the bottom of her heart and is above everything. My father was a very wealthy man although we lived in the village, he was a wealthy farmer who lacked nothing. But my mum was his third wife and the way his first wife was jealous he decided that his other wives weren't in the same house as him and the first wife including me and my mum. But I admit that he does everything possible to provide for our needs for me and my mom. But after his death, our family is to say the family of my father considered us as dogs and left us with nothing. 1 year later, my mom decided to take her savings and stay with her older brother in the city. Once in town, they chatted about him and my uncle and she decided to sell fried yams commonly called koliko at our place. Without delay she began to sell them the following week. Everything was going well and we found something to eat and my mother also managed to save money. I also started school and I was doing the CP1 class. I always helped my mom with preparation before going to school every morning. And that was also the case on my return. After six months, my mother found accommodation not far from my uncle's place so with the help of my uncle she was able to rent this room in a common yard and continued to sell the fried yams so that I could also pay for my schooling until what I enter in CE2 class. During all this time there was a gentleman who was making advances to my mother and despite all my mother's refusals he persisted until my mother accepted his advances. So they got together. My mom told me everything about their relationship and that maybe they were going to get married because she was already starting to love him too. So every night after leaving work, the gentleman would come to stay with us at the market selling koliko until we got home. A few months later he went to visit my mother's family. And They celebrated the traditional wedding so we moved out and we went and stayed with him. Everything was going well and my mother still continued to sell her koliko to pay for my school fees. I had already gone to upper class, in CM1. The following year I managed to pass to CM2 so I will soon take the first exam of my life. And I was so happy although I have not yet set foot in the fifth grade class. During this vacation, my mom got very sick and stopped selling. So she couldn't pay for my schooling if she didn't get back in shape quickly. For that she asked my father-in-law to help her pay for my schooling but he refused outright and as an excuse, he said that he had no money to pay for my schooling which only amounted to 25,000fcfa and as if that was not enough he said that I had to go back to my family because I am not his child. And that I should go at all costs. My mother opposed it in turn but he was not ready to change his mind. He persisted in his decision until the return to school arrived. The first day I did not go to school the same for the second day until the end of the first week. So the principal and two teachers came to the house to ask why I was not at school the whole first week. My mother then spoke: Ooh no it's nothing. As I am sick and there is no one to watch over me that's why she stayed with me.
But the principal followed that was not the real reason so she replied: If it is because of the money I will pay for her schooling myself. Deborah is the brightest student in our school. And her departure will not benefit us in any way and she would lose her future if she left school that way.
- My mother: Ok! She will come next week.
The very happy principal thanked my mother and they left.
The next week went by without my going to school and my step dad kept saying that I have to go but my mom didn't want to separate from me. And I couldn't go to school under these conditions. My step dad should stop his tales of I have to go; before I go back. Because if during the return to school he sent me back with force to my family my year would be wasted. My mom on her side spent all her savings because her husband didn't give her any more money because she didn't agree with his idea that I had to leave.
The headmistress came back again. Then a new one, then a new one until she knew it was a waste of time. My father-in-law stopped talking after at least 6 months. The school year was almost over. And my mother was already well but with all her savings going up in smoke so she couldn't sell the koliko anymore. But my father-in-law only stopped his words because my mother was pregnant. After a few months the day of the exam arrived. I was at home watching my other classmates and other schools passing by. I was in tears the entire week of the exam. But nothing more I could do to save my year it was already lost. A few months later, my mother gave birth to a beautiful boy and he named him Kevin. Such a beautiful boy that all the visitors who came always gave him money and various gifts. And my mother was so happy because my beautiful had no more brought up this story saying that I had to go to my family. One evening my father-in-law came back very drunk and again I have to go to my family. And he refused to feed the house again. So my mother had to look for something else. So she went to lend money to one of her friends to make corn cakes that I was going to sell every morning and evening. At the moment Kevin was only 2 months old. And it was only when I came back that we ate because I would have to bring back the money from the pancakes that I sold so that I could buy something to eat.
You wouldn't believe me if I told you that my father-in-law also always ate what we made with the money from the pancakes we sold. But yes he always ate it and always even more than us. My mother was cooking for him with the idea that he would change his mind about me. We continued this way until Kevin was 3 years old. At the age of 3, Kévin started school in kindergarten. But the money for the pancakes was not enough. So my mom saw fit to sell pineapples at the market right now I was 15. I was accompanying my mother and I also had a bunch of pineapples to sell just like her. In the evening on the way back we pick up Kevin at one of our neighbors. We would go home to prepare and we would always reserve my stepfather's share. Although he didn't give my mom any money. And he ate it without shame. My mother and I continued to sell pineapples and at one point I no longer accompanied her but I went to the market with my own pile on my own. It was always the same thing so much that my mother and I got used to it and we lived as if he had died. Years passed and Kévin was in the 5th grade. And I decided to start learning hairdressing. Sometimes my mother came to my boss to ask her permission to come and sell pineapples with her. We always went this way. But still my mom had debts to pay off so she never had enough money. And she couldn't give me and my brothers pocket money every time. Yes I forgot to tell you my mother had two more children. Two girls named Emma and Charlotte. they were respectively 6 and 3 years younger than Kevin. Sometimes she would give me 100f or 200f. And sometimes I would go to the workshop with empty pockets while my other colleagues came with 2,000 to 5,000f per day. I also wanted to be comfortable. But I only wanted 500f per day. That's already a lot for me. Until I met a man who made advances to me and gave me more money than my other colleagues. He and I were secretly going out. His name was Romeo and he was also an apprentice, a 4-wheel mechanic apprentice.
One day Charlotte fell seriously ill, but my stepfather refused to give money to treat her. Not even a franc he did not give until Charlotte passed away. In those moments my mother was so sad that she hardly paid any attention to us anymore. And I was Romeo who gave me money and which I in turn gave to Kevin and Emma. 03 months have passed after the death of my sister but my mother was still sad as it was only yesterday.
And I had fallen pregnant with Romeo two and a half months ago, but I was doing everything possible to hide it from mom who didn't know about it during all these moments because of her grief. I'm sure you want to know how she will react if she finds out.
