"I...I..uh..am straight " came out my stutter. Gee Es can you be more embarrassing,I scolded mentally.


"Oh yeah,then why does your heart beat so fast around me" Athena whispered in my ear sending shivers straight to my core.

I kept biting my lower lip, holding my breath,wishing the ground could open up and swallow me whole.

"This is going to be fun" I heard Athena mutter under her breath as she walked away from me.

Reaching Out To You

Ever since I started working for Cleo at her midtown's restaurant things have been going great. I don't have any late night shifts so that's a plus. And I get a bonus every month,the staff was really welcoming so there's that. Cleo has been nothing but extremely generous, sometimes after my shifts we would hangout and catch up and get to know each other more 


She's really fun to be around that's for sure. Her childhood memories are so intriguing especially with her being an only child﻿ 


"Penny for your thoughts?"Her voice brought me back from my thoughts﻿ 


She looked shocked for a second before a warm smile spread across her dimpled cheeks﻿ 


"You were thinking about me?"she asked timidly, her face scarlet red﻿
