Identity

He drove the car to the graveward. He helped me to get out of the car and lead the way. I was curious why he took me here.

He stopped his steps when he saw the graves.

“ You came here earlier,” Alex turned and looked at me.

“ My family.”

“ Your foster father was the main reason for their deaths.” He pointed his finger towards the graves.

We took our seats on the rocks.

He breathed a sigh of relief.

“ I don’t want to break your heart by telling you that your father was a murderer. “

I glared at him.

“ So you narrated a fake story and told me. “

“ I believed you and told my past but you fooled me. “ I hit him.

“ Okay, Calm down. It's my fault. I am sorry.” He held my hand.

I turned my face away.

“ I don’t want to upset you.”

“ Why are your hands cold?” He asked, warming my hand.

I scowled. “ Don’t change the topic.”

“ Upset me? I was truthful to you. But you deceived me.”
