Derson took his hand over his mouth to hide his crushing lips as his face twisted into a sad sort of joy. The emotions were too much sappy crap and the positive optimism that he felt now was strange to him. For his everyday life was especially lonely, and this gut warming feeling was an extremely rare occurrence, if it ever happened at all. Ah, it was obnoxious.
