Chapter 15

It had been a long day journey‚ and the sun had already sunk beneath their feet‚ leaving a pale tint of orange that finally turned into the black starry night.

MR. Humour insisted they stop at a motel and rest for a while before continuing their long journey. But Josh refused to rest just yet.

After four hours‚ Josh grew tired and so was MR. Humour. Josh had already started to doze off and MR. Humour panicked.

“Sir‚ you can’t drive in this condition. If you keep going we would crash and our journey would just be in vain.” MR. Humour informed Josh.

“Alright‚ but we would just rest for 2hours” Josh said

“Fine by me” MR. Humour said

They lodged into the nearest motel. After settling‚ Josh tried to call home to check on how everyone was fairing‚ but he wasn’t able to place a call.

I hope they are all okay.

Time- 1:45Am

Alarm set for 5:00am instead of 3:45am
