CHAPTER 15

After their so no little late lunch they didn't go back home .Luke drove them to somewhere ,and Abigail still had no idea where.This is how people get kidnapped even by people close to them and that's one of the reasons why Abigail hated surprises .

"We are here ,"Luke said before stopping the car ."a tower?" Abigail thought .She did get that the two were helping her fulfill her wishes but she didn't remember writing down anything about wanting to climb stairs on a freaking tower .

As if Lucas had read her mind ,he said ,"we can go back if you don't want to ," Abigail scowled at his words.They were already near the outskirts of town and he was shamelessly talking about going back, seating in the car for a whole two hour and another two was he nuts and all for nothing?

In the end they were both up the last floor on the tower .At first she didn't get why a tower but now she did .From where she was she could see the beautiful sun set ,it felt unbelievably nice watching it with someone .

She recorded every detail of this day in her mind .She was actually grateful for the twins but would obviously not admit it since she was the one who thought they were both annoying in the first place and constantly reminded them .It would be embarrassing if she suddenly told them something contradicting to 'you are annoying' and knowing Lucas he would use that as an opportunity to tease her .

After night completely took over it was even more beautiful ,with all the lights in the city it looked kinda of cool and awesome . "Damn Luke was such a genius. "Abi thought .Though both of them were quiet they quite enjoyed each others company it wasn't weird and she liked it.

The day went great and she enjoyed her 'date ' with Luke ."Hey Luke thanks for today "she really appreciated today and hoped that they hang out more but would obviously not say it .

"mn,"was all that came from him. The night was cold and she was stupid enough to put on a short and walk out of her house without even a jacket and damn that brat couldn't even be a gentleman and lend him hers .

After a while she finally spoke up ,"Let's go back ," she said but the latter refused ."Not yet ,"he said and Abigail sighed before saying ,"If you want to stay here out in the cold then fine I'm leaving. I will be waiting for you in the car ,"she had already turned ready to leave but he grabbed her hands .

"Well wait for a few minutes all my efforts would be wasted plus next time woman before going out make sure to not put on short things and always carry a jacket with you ,"he knew why she wanted to go back ,and even so he was still merciless enough to prevent her from going back .Whatever he didn't care but he did care about the money he spent on preparing what she wished for.

"Hey let go ," Abigail struggled to break free but Luke didn't budge at all . "Then at least give me your jacket if you want me to stay so bad ,"

"Not happening,you have to learn your lesson ,"Luke said still holding her hand .He was too damn cruel and she was such a fool .She had definitely learned a lesson today which was Luke is definitely not a gentleman.

She was going to trying wriggling her hand out of his hold again but soon stopped when she had a sound as if something was falling but not downwards but instead upwards then boom .

"Fireworks ?" she thought as she looked at the sky in awe .It lit the sky so perfectly and was totally amazing .Even with that being told her knew it was Luke's doing or why else would he insist on her staying back .Luke's future wife was definitely a lucky person. He had gone to the extremes fulfilling there wishes in one day .As Abigail gazed at the sky Luke took that opportunity to stare at her face. He realized that he was still holding her hands but didn't want to let go of her small soft warm hands .

On the way back Abigail fell asleep in his car again .She was probably tired after today .Luke stopped the car ,watched her for a while before taking off his coat and covering her with it . She looked cute when she slept and even ate .Though she at times tend to be messy which only happens when she is extremely hungry .

Unlike other days she arrived five minutes early before curfew .Her parents were not around but her brother was .They had to not be around when she was early but when she was late they were already at home ,waiting to punish her .

"Cool coat ,where did you buy it ?"Adrian asked, at first Abigail was confused and asked him ,"what are you talking about?"

He pointed at her and she looked at herself before realizing what he was talking about .She didn't even notice that she was wearing his coat till then and she doesn't remember how or when she wore it .

Lucas couldn't have given it to her right ? I mean the guy refused to lend his coat to her and literally even said no to her but it was still his coat ,maybe he had humanity after all and gave it to her .
