Chapter thirty-seven :)

-few months time skip-

Harry had ignored every call and text message he got from Charly over the past few months, and in school, they acted like they didn't know each other so none of the boys would find out about it. What Charly didn't know was that Louis already knew and Niall deep down too, Harry bets. If Charly would find out that would be the death to him. The boys always tried to get as little in contact with Charly as possible, it didn't work out always but most of the time.

Louis graduated a few weeks ago. And since school started he drove Harry and picked him back up as often as he was able to. Asking a million questions about what happened each day. Every time he saw Charly passing by Harry had to hold him from getting out and beating the shit out of him.

Now they were on the way to Anne's house to get the rest of Harry's stuff. He decided to leave the Furniture in his old room, so they just had to pack a few cartoons and bring them over to the apartment.

"I brought you some new boxes up." Anne yelled throughout the kitchen as the two boys walked back upstairs "got it thanks." This all was exciting, he was moving out. Moving out! It felt weird and good at the same time. His room looked empty, just a few little things spread across the floor.

The bookshelf was still filled, as well as the closet and some drawers at his desk. "So then Let's start," Louis said taking one of the boxes on his way to the bookshelf. Harry started with the closet. God, how could he have so many clothes that he didn't even know about? And some still had tags.

Louis suddenly chuckled Harry turned over, laying his eyes on Louis standing in front of the huge bookshelf which made him look even smaller. Holding a frame in his hand. Oh no, Harry totally forgot that it was there. He used to hide it behind all of his books, it was a picture of him and Gemma when they were baby's, sitting in the pool, naked.

Harry rushed over and snapped it out of the older boys hand. "You weren't supposed to see that." He blushed. "Nothing I haven't seen already," Louis said through a sassy smirk. Harry slapped his shoulder gently and both burst out laughing. It took about two hours to fill up all the boxes.

Now his room was completely empty, wow. A weird feeling grew in his chest, so many memories were associated with that space, good ones and bad ones. More bad than good probably but still. It felt weird to leave this behind.

"You ready?"

"Yes," Harry answered lost in his thoughts he looked around and memorized every single detail before he slowly closed the door and carried his box downstairs through the hall to Louis' car. The boxes barely fitted in the car but after a few attempts of stuffing them into the backseat, Louis was able to finally shut the door.

It took some time to carry the boxes upstairs. And even more, to unpack them they took a few breaks because they ran out of energy, it was pretty exhausting. Anyways all cartoons are empty by now. Harry stood in the living room looking around.

It felt different now, where once were Louis books, now were Harry's too and the couch didn't look empty anymore with all of Harry's pillows on top of it. And a feeling grew in his chest that he hadn't felt in a very very long time. He felt...home."I still can't believe it." Harry just realized that his whole life was about to change.

He was so excited to start this (kind of)new chapter. Together with Louis. "Actually I can, you are over here most of the time anyway, acting like a mom of three." His arms wrapped around Harry's waist chuckling into his ear from behind. "What?" Harry laughed turning around looking down into the eyes made of the colour of the ocean.

"You do."

"No, I don't."

"You're cooking, clean everything up, sort and fold my clothes neatly in my closet when I leave them spread over the whole apartment, and you even bake your own bread." Louis counted with his fingers. "Oh okay, okay I got it." Harry chuckled lifting Louis' chin with his index finger to place a little kiss on his soft lips.

Of course, they had to get interrupted by something. A phone. Harry's phone, he tried to ignore it. He always kept it on silent why not now?? Ugh, Harry sighed rolling his eyes "Come on" He raised his hands dramatically and listened to Louis giggle. So typical. "Go and pick up." He smiled.

It was Anne, she told Harry that he had forgotten some clothes that had still been in the laundry including his pillow. They agreed on picking it up the next day after school because they had to go grocery shopping anyway. It was on the way.

The next morning was kinda stressful Harry had overslept and Louis was already at college for a project. He quickly threw on some clothes brushed his teeth and made some breakfast to go. Then he drove to school together with Niall. He had asked Harry to give him a ride because he had stayed at Liam's the night and he and Zayn had taken the cars.

Five minutes too late, not bad. But the teacher wasn't even there yet so no punishment. The kids around Harry were still staring sometimes, a few whispered and laughed too but Harry didn't really care anymore. Knowing that there were people that actually cared about him and loved him.

The whole day went quite good for him, a little bit boring because none of the boys was there during lunch break. But a girl named Amilia had joined him, she was some sort of a friend of Niall. At least that was what she said. Harry wondered why Niall never mentioned her, she seemed nice and actually a little more than just a friend.

It was hot, very hot. The sun was burning and the wind warm. Harry was leaning at the hot metal door of his car waiting for Louis when someone emptied a whole water bottle above his head. Refreshing cold water brought his skin to shiver a bit. Harry turned and his mouth opened in outrage, only to see four boys choke with laughter.

All of them soaking wet. "Oh, you are gonna pay for that" Harry took a water bottle out of his bag and spilt it all over the boys. It didn't change something they were already totally wet, laughing so hard Harry couldn't help but join them. It was fun, the last water fight he had was in elementary school.

Harry's clothes were almost completely dry when Louis stopped the car in the driveway. "Hurry up I'm starving." Louis had smiled showing off his perfect white teeth, his eyes crinkling up before Harry got out and stepped into the house. "Mom, it's me, just picking up the last clothes."

"Alright, Haz." She sounded concentrated, whatever she was doing it must be important.

He left the door a gap open and jogged upstairs. It wouldn't take long anyway. His room looked so unfamiliar as empty as it was. A stack of neatly folded clothes placed in the middle of the mattress, the little pink pillow right next to it. Harry flinched as his phone suddenly rung. For god's sake. Ugh. Why was the sound even up?

It was an unknown number, Harry denied. Checking his messages, 29 missed ones from Charly's number. Select, delete, done. The usual. Harry didn't even read what they were saying anymore. He looked up, it was the last view through his window for a really long time. The phone rang again. Denied.

Damn how he will miss this room. 'Hurry up I'm starving' he reminded himself. Right, almost forgot. However, he was hungry too maybe they should order something today, Harry wasn't really feeling like cooking today even tho they just went grocery shopping.

After denying another call Harry let the phone slide into his back pocket. Usually, Charly just called once and then left it alone for a few days. Don't think about it. It's fine. Harry took the stack of freshly washed clothes. Excitement washed over him, he was for real moving in with Louis lastingly. A smile on his face, then his phone rang once again.

"Don't you dare to ignore me!" A harsh voice barked behind him. Harry turned around the smile disappearing as he saw Charly. Standing in the doorway, smirking. This disgusting smirk again. He jumped back, dropping the clothes, swallowing the lump in his throat. Shit. He was mad really mad Harry had ignored him for months and now he was there, in the same room as Harry.

"H- how d-" Harry jumped back frightened as Charly slammed the door shut behind him. It was exactly like it was two years ago. The same look on his face the same clenched fists. The same fear. It scared the shit out of Harry's bones when Charly came closer. He wasn't able to move if he could just call someone. Too late Charly already covered his mouth with his huge strong hand and pushed him roughly against the wall. He was helpless, with no chance to escape.

"You're driving me crazy." He hissed his breath brushing Harry's cheek. He pressed his eyes shut, heartbeat racing. His skin burned under the touch of Charly's hand, not in a good way. He was strong and it hurt. The way he got pushed against the wall, the way Charly's eyes tried to kill him and the fear. The fear that it will happen all over again.

"I like that" he bit his lip and smirked down, his eyes tugged at Harry's. The way his breath got slower and the tension got stronger. Harry's heart almost stopped completely. "You know what happens next, don't you." He was breathing fastly, eyes still shut. A moment where he thought nothing. He tried to free himself from the strong grip around his wrist but Charly was too strong.

No, this can't happen again, Harry's whole body started shaking. It was just starting to get better, he doesn't have the strength to go through this all over again. His legs were about to give in when he heard the door open loudly.

He was able to seek a look past Charly's wide shoulders. It was Louis. He looked like he would explode every second, his hands clenched into fists. Carrying an expression he had never seen before. Harry stopped breathing.

Fuck.
