NOTE 1: SERIES CONTENT was updated on Mar 14, 2022. As of the latest update, the series has risen to just over 90K views. Thanks to everyone for your support. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude.
NOTE 2: This series was created using apps readily available on all smartphones. To include rough drafts (Google Docs), all edits (ProWritingAid), revisions and cover art(Photoshop). I'm informing you of this not to boast, but rather, to say that if you have ever wanted to write, you can do so anywhere or at any time.
NOTE 3: The entirety of this series is now, or will be soon, under revision. As I approached the end of the story, (Not that any story really ends) I realized there were a myriad of missed opportunities that I wanted to include, correct or foreshadow. And, if I'm being honest with myself, by the later chapters I had become a better writer. Therefore, I wanted to polish my description, increase the world building and tie up any loose or unresolved plot points.
I will begin replacing and/or adding new chapters to Book 2, THE FURY WITHIN, on June 1, 2022.

Synopsis: (NEED A REWRITE) I have added so much more to book 1.
While searching for his missing son, Boss John learns 'The Hunter Gratzner,' has gone missing somewhere out in the ghost lanes. The back alley trade route is a clandestine channel used by pirates, smugglers and rogue mercenaries transporting fugitives. To his dismay, he finds his son may have been on board when the ship went and that the MegaCorp shipping conglomerate won't release any details. The accident is deemed top secret.
After years of searching, Colonel Nathaniel Johns, has stolen a top secret company report off a Waylen Yutani subsidiary server. Learning little more than the ship's final resting place and a few obscure notes about 3 possible survivors, he is left with no choice but send a team to M6-117, to check it out.
Armed with a place to start looking, John's employer Lady Lilith Hemmingford, aka 'The Lady in Black,' funds his private mission and instructs John to assemble a highly trained team to investigate the crash site and learn what went wrong and why the company is suppressing the truth.
Unbeknownst to him and his team, each member is given secretive missions suggesting Lady Hemmingford may know far more about the incident than any of them could imagine.
Once there, the newly formed team must overcome the debilitating side effects of an unusually long hypersleep, come together as a cohesive unit before venturing out into the blinding desert of the dark planet.
