Taking a Different Path is Alright

Ezra started tattooing on my pinky finger which I absolutely appreciate because I get to see how it goes on my skin. This heart-shaped line is not so complicated so I believe this will not take her long to do. The sharp needles glided on to the skin between my ring and pinky finger. For a moment, I shut my eyes tightly close because it actually stings, like a pinch of pain from my pinky up to my brain. I  winced by the slight pang of pain it gave me. In one go, Ezra was able to finish the little heart design and I just stare at it while bringing my hand up in the air. I could say that one out of ten, it hurt at around two. I wonder how much it will hurt at my back with the slightly bigger dragon tattoo.

"Are you ready for the tattoo at the back?" Ezra asked while cleaning her tattoo machine and as well as the needle. I looked at her with utmost wonder because I felt my stomach rumble and protest with the idea that we will go on for like an hour for the tattoo on my back.
