Chapter 19: Acrophobic

There she was again, that little girl I see every night in my dreams. I still wonder who she is.

I follow the little girl through a jungle of people, all doing different things, talking about different topics. They must all have different lives.

She stopped.

Why did she stop?

The little girl gasped, "I love it!" She said, looking up with stars in her green eyes.

I followed her gaze to see a city hanging upside down, in flames. Bright and hot. And I, as the little girl was, was amazed and in love.

I looked back at her to see her sneaking off through the crowd, who seems to be unaffected by the flaming city above them.

"Sapphira, wait!" I heard a boy shout.

"Sapphira!" I shouted after the girl, who had her hand hovering over a small button. One nudge and she could do so much damage.

She didn't listen, not to him, not to me, not to her parents.

If only she did.

And soon, both worlds were on fire, the one hovering above us, and our own.
