Chapter 35: Kendra's Terror

I covered my mouth with my hand. Did I say everything out loud?

But I still restrained myself. One thing that my Etiquette tutor taught me was exercising restraint before bursting into rage.

“I am not sneaking out with the General, Madam,” she emphasized the word Madam. “We were merely discussing about the security measures for the arrival of the Duke of Kent by next week for Veterans’ Day. It’s not like you’d want to talk about security measures with him, right?”

She’s not wearing her military uniform but instead, she was dressed in maong pants and loose fitting blouse. She doesn’t seem to look like a Flag Officer anymore but merely a woman. She placed her hair all up in a high ponytail.

And oh, she’s also wearing high heels.

Of course, she’d want to look as presentable as she could for the General. She even had her bangs clipped with a hairpen at the right side of her head.
