CHAPTER 17: Figuring it out...

Celeste

After breakfast, I decide I need some quiet to do some thinking. I go back up to my room, put on some warm clothes, and grab a blanket. Then I sneak down the stairs and out the front door. I, luckily, get outside without being noticed. I head out into the clearing and pick a spot to lay out my blanket. God, I haven't really taken time to look at it since I've been here, but the landscape here really is beautiful. It's so peaceful and calming, just sitting here, in the quiet of nature.

The problem with the quiet of nature is that it leaves plenty of room for your thoughts to creep in. In most cases that's a good thing, but in this case. My thoughts are going to lead to me hurting at least two amazing men, possibly all three. It saddens me to know that, but it's better to figure things out sooner, rather than later.
