Chapter 42: Nine-Tailed Fox (Final)

I gasped for air as the ray of light pierced through my stomach. The perpetrator who did it was Athena, one of the twelve of 'Olympus' and one of the which took interest in me when I first came to this world.

"How... are you here?"

She kept silent and walked towards my heavily wounded body. She picked me up by the neck, raising my body.

[Rai, I came here to stop the fox]

"Stop her from what?"

[To stop her from destroying 'Okoku'!]

Athena threw me to a nearby rock. I could feel my ribs being shattered and my spine breaking. I puked out a handful of blood, and when I looked up, I saw Athena approaching me with a golden spear in hand.

[The 'Owner of the Imperial Armory' is summoning his armory]

Athena stopped in her tracks and dodged many weapons that were launched at her like projectiles.
