Starting a New Adventure in Another World

Xue Fai: I need a new disguise. Huang Lixin found me out!

Xue Fai: No, but I'm right behind you!

I looked behind me and beneath the door; there I saw a shadow. I stood up and opened the door and saw a mummified Xue Fai, his body covered in bandages.

"Master Rai, ouch!" He winced in pain as he limped towards me. I quickly cast [Healing Rose] on him and closed the door. Liu Xu'er was surprised to see Xue Fai in that state. She pushed Liu Dong off of her shoulder and placed Liu Fan-Ai next to the sleeping Wu Lei placed Xue Fai on the bed.

"Throughout the month I've been training, I thought I was powerful already, but I was wrong. It was terrifying." Xue Fai shuddered at the thought of fighting Huang Lixin again. He had already lost against him twice and fell into a wretched state like this one.

"You're right, it is terrifying, but it is what we have to do."
