Chapter 125: Gorgon's Temple (part 3)

Midori held her broken arm and looked around the devastated area. After the blast, everything went black, as she had lost her consciousness in the fight. She was lucky that Li Mei didn't kill her outright, but let her live.

"Li Mei... I shall remember this duel, and I shall grow from it."

Standing up, she wished she has Rai's healing ability. Her right arm is broken, most of her body is burnt, and her left eye has gone blind. Limping across the wasteland that used to be a lush forest, now everything within a 200-meter radius is dead or gravely wounded.

She was healing slowly, and she could still protect herself from monsters, but it would be over for her if she were to run into a master or a rogue . 

"I... cannot fall here."
