The reaper is a skilled assassin tasked with the task of killing Park Hajun an influential politician with a high bounty on his head. The group of four scheduled for this arrived in Jeju-do mid afternoon. Their target was on a fishing trip with a powerful backer in the revolutionary party in order to gain more standing in the party. The group of four split into two as two watched the two men fish from the shadows and the other two headed to the hotel to find out the room of Cha Han Soo, the next in line for presidential candidacy in the revolutionary party. 


The four assigned for this mission were numbered 12, 10, 15 and 16. The two who stayed back were numbered 15 and 16 while the two that headed to the hotel were numbered 10 and 12. 


Once number 10 and 12 arrived in the guesthouse Cha Han Soo and his guest would be staying in, they took a casual sweep of the building. The guest house was small, quaint and ran by a friendly halmeoni and it was on reservation only. It had a good view of the ocean and was not far from where Cha Han Soo and his guests were fishing.
