*I’M A DREAMER, I HAVE TO DREAM AND REACH FOR THE STARS, AND IF I MISS A STAR THEN I GRAB A HANDFUL OF CLOUDS ~MIKE TYSON*

Several weeks have passed, Charm has been avoiding not only Logan and Emmett but also this supposed destiny. She is in complete denial because it’s absolutely crazy for this Supernatural world to exist…Right? For the past hour she has been pacing back and forward, figuring out what to do with all this information.
Not even a minute later, Celeste enters in the dorm.
“I go out to get some food and you’re still pacing. You’re going to wear out the carpet Charm.” Celeste states while shutting the door and setting the food she had bought on the counter.
“Celeste if you were in my shoes, you would be panicking just as bas as I am! So don’t start with me please” Charm retorts back a little too aggressive but she’s a bit agitated who can blame her.
“Touche, but here me out, I don’t think panicking is the solution. While I was out, I took the time to brainstorm to help out. And the only logical solution is to stop avoiding Logan and Emmett. I’m pretty sure they are looking out for you and wanting to help.” Celeste states reassuringly.
At this time, Charm finally stopped passing and threw herself on the couch, Celeste decides to approach to give her some reassurance and offer her the food she bought.
Charm sighs but quickly accepts the food and starts eating, contemplating on what to do. She thought that once she had a full stomach it might help clear her mind but that seem to be the case at all. She’s getting more frustrated by the hour.
Once she finished eating, she thanked Celeste for the food, went to shower in hope of some relaxation then decided to lay in bed and read her Papa’s Dream Journal for a little distraction from reality. She had just gotten to the very first entry for her Papa read her when she was younger.
But the entry, seem to stand out more than before with the random words in bold. If her memory doesn’t deceive her, the first time she looked through the journal there wasn’t any words in bold.
“Damn I must be exhaust, maybe I should sleep It off and try again in the morning.” Charm states, shuts the journal, sets it on her nightstand and turns off her lamp.
All this overthinking really did a number on her, she was out like a light.
Next Day
‘New Day, same problems! You would think that would make all my problems go away but that doesn’t seem to be the case.’ Charm mentally retorts.
Once she woke up, she decided maybe a change of scenery could help. Charm quickly got dressed with the intentions of getting some coffee, possibly breakfast and go to the nearest park to continue reading her Papa’s journal while getting some fresh air.
Seems that Celeste had already left for the day seeing as there was absolute silence once she opened her door.
On the way to the park, Charm took a pitstop to the nearest café to get herself some coffee and a breakfast sandwich to eat once she finds a place to sit. Once she was settled, she opens her bag to get the journal and suddenly a card fell out of the book.
“That’s odd, that I know of this wasn’t here before.” Charm states while picking up the card from the ground. As she exams it, she comes to the realization that it’s a business card. But what’s odder about it is that it’s a business card for a company that rents storage units.
‘Wait this name of this business seems oddly familiar, where have I heard it before?’ Charm mentally battles to figure out why it is so familiar.
Suddenly her phone starts to ring, its her mom calling. “Hey mom”
“Hey sweetie how are you doing? How are classes?” They had a brief recap of each other’s day-to-day routine.
“Well, the reason I called was to see if maybe you wanted to plan something for this weekend. I’ll be in the neighborhood seeing as your Papa has a storage unit nearby filled with some of his things. Which to be honest I find kind of weird because he never really liked Boston. When you were younger, we would visit them…” Her mom continues to ramble.
But Charm focused more on the storage unit part. “Hey, what’s the place called?”
“Storage Squad if I’m not mistaken.” It was the exact name on the business card that Charm found from the journal before her mom called.
“Hey mom since we are on the subject of Papa. By any chance did he talk about anything out of the ordinary?”
“How so love?”
“I don’t know maybe about me or some kind of prophecy or something.” Suddenly there was utter silence between the two.
“What-what do you mean I-I don’t seem to understand the question.” Penelope begins to stutter; anyone would immediately be suspicious from the reaction which Charm did feel but decide to let it slide for now.
“Forget I said anything, um how about I check out the storage unit today, see if maybe there’s anything I would like to keep.” Charm quickly changes the subject but notes the strange reaction of her mother and stores it in the back of her mind to worry about later.
“Well ok, I appreciate the help, supposedly it has a code for a lock, I’ll text you the information right now.” Her mother replies normally, no stuttering or nervous reaction like before.
Charm and her mother quickly exchanged there goodbyes of course not before collecting all the information she needed to enter the storage unit.
Luckily the journey didn’t take long to arrive, about 15-minute walk give or take.
It did take her more time that she expected to find the actual storage unit. But once she found it, she entered the code then lifted the gate. In retrospect she never expected the unit to be filled with so much stuff. Surprisingly it was pretty organized.
“Wow, where do I even start?” Charm questions to herself. She just went to the nearest box and started rummaging through to see what she can find.
Time went flying by it had been several hours while Charm got lost in all the memories that her grandfather had stored in the unit. It was about 3 pm when Charm decided to leave things how it they were and continue tomorrow.
Maybe even possibly recruit Celeste into helping out if she was free as well Charm was glad that she came to check out her granddad’s unit, it helps relieve a bit of her worries. But as always it never lasts very long.
On her way home, she stopped to get some dinner for herself and Celeste. “Hey you’re back” Celeste cheers as Charm enters into their dorm.
“Yeah, and I brought dinner.” Charm states while waving the take out she bought for the both of them.
“So how was your day?” Celest asks while rummaging through the bag to see what Charm bought to eat.
“Well, I decided I need a change of scenery so I went for a walk to the park. I brought my granddad’s dream journal to read to relax my mind a bit had breakfast on the way there as well.” Charm answers while serving herself some Chinese food.
“So did the change of scenery help?” Celeste asks while scarfing down an egg roll.
“Yes and No” Charm replies. Celeste gives her a questioning look waiting for Charm to elaborate on her response.
“Yes, in the sense of I was able to relax my overthinking mind a little bit more. Yet no in the sense because the strangest thing happened. When I went to sit down at the park and pull out my Papa’s journal a business card flew out. I picked it up and it was a Storage Squad business card.” Charm explains.
“You have a storage unit?”
“Just wait there’s move to the story. While I was trying to figure out where the card came from and what it meant my mom called me.”
“Ok...” Celeste drags trying to figure out where Charm was going with her story.
“We had a normal chat, catching up like usual when suddenly she asks me if I want to do something on the weekend seeing as she’s going to be in the area. I of course ask why; she tells me that my granddad supposed has a storage unit here in Boston that needs to be sorted out and guess what the plan is called?” Charm asks rhetorically.
“Storage Squad!” Celeste and Charm exclaim simultaneously.
“Holy shit! That definitely is a sign. Then what happened next?” Celeste asks dramatically while scarfing down another egg roll.
“Well, I asked her for the information of the storage unit and decided to investigate for myself. In all honesty, I was hoping for a sign of what to do about the whole prophecy situation.” Charm replies while laying back into her chair.
Charm remembered something else about her earlier conversation with her mother that she thought was super strange. “Oh, and another strange thing that happen while I was talking with my mom. I tried to discreetly but lowkey kind of failed to see if she knew anything about this supposed prophecy and she ahs the most bizarre reaction.”
“How so?”
“She just got all anxious and couldn’t get a full sentence out without stuttering. It was so weird I let it go for the moment too focused on the storage unit to get further intel on what was going on with my mom.” Charm explains while packing up their leftovers to put into the fridge for tomorrow.
Celeste sits in silence, mentally analyzing everything that Charm said to see where to go from there.
“So, you went to the storage unit then what happened?” Celeste asks impatiently wanting to know the rest of the story.
“Nothing drastic or out of the ordinary to be honest, the storage unit is full like a quarte of the junk that’s in there. I was hoping you would have some spare time tomorrow to come with me or meet me there to help me sort it out a bit to help out my mom and maybe set assist anything I would consider keeping.” Charm replies.
“Yeah of course, we can go in early in the morning, maybe around 8:30-9:00 am. I can’t stay too long though because I have class around 11:30 am, but I can come back once I finish.” Celeste responds.
“Perfect thanks I would appreciate it.”
“Hey I’m here for you, through the good and bad remember.” Celeste and Charm have a loving moment and exchanged a reassuring hug before heading off to bed since they have an early start next day.
Next Morning
Bright and early as planned both Celeste and Charm got ready in some comfy clothes to make their way to Charm’s granddad’s storage unit. As soon as they finished getting ready, they both hopped into Celeste’s car.
“Woah there’s more stuff in here then I expected.” Celeste states in shock once Charm unlocks and lifts the gate of the unit.
“I was surprised too when I came here yesterday.” Charm replies. They didn’t waste a minute longer and started looking through every box. They decided to divide and concur by each taking more organization than anything.
They did pile up a few things that didn’t seem to have much purpose or value that can be easily thrown away or donated if anything.
“Oh my god look what I found it’s a small box filled with love letters. Most of them are from your grandpa to your grandma but there are a few from your grandma too. How romantic!” Celeste gushes.
They decide to take a break from organizing to need through the love letters that Celeste found. Charm learned so much more about her grandparents that she had no knowledge of. It seems that her grandparents had a bit of a forbidden love story going on throughout their teenage years.
It turns out that Charm’s great grandparents from her Mama’s side were not a huge fan of her Papa and his family. But luckily they were able to overcome all the obstacles in their way and finally got to be together at last.
“Even after Mama passed away Papa continued to write her letters.” Charm gushes as she notices the dates on the letters.
“Well this was beautiful I wish I can keep reading but I need to get going to make it on time for my class. As soon as its over I’ll come back to continue you helping you out.” Celeste states as she puts back the letters in the box she had found and set it aside to save then left not a minute later.
Now Charm is once again alone with her thoughts on full drive. Charm decides to end her not so little break to continue looking through more boxes. She was shuffling around until she found a big box with her name on it. Oddly enough she felt drawn to the box not only because it had her name but as well as she never saw it until now.
A surge of energy channeled through her and she took it as a sign that she needed to open the box. She moved to a more open area to be able to look through the box more comfortably. It was mostly filled with photos and drawings she had made when she was younger.
But at the very bottom was a wooden box with a strange yet beautiful intricate design on the outside. Her curiosity got the best of her and she immediate tries to open the box. It took her a minute since it was very old and a little rusty but she was finally able to get it opened.
Inside was non other than a Dream Catcher but no ordinary one it was an exact replica of the Dream Catcher that was tattooed on her back, it was the strangest thing. As soon as she touched the Dream Catcher a huge ball of energy surged from inside of her, making the earth quake.
Something strange just happened and Charm got the very feeling something bad was about to happen.
