This is the tale of a ghoul, a ghoul by the name of Izumi Rivai. He was born human until an evil soul ordered his abduction and experimented on him. This sinister being went by the name of ‘The Demon King’ and wished to create an army of demons. 
The protagonist travels through life with a faithful companion by his side who was able to train him in the art of water and fire style. Will Izumi be able to defeat his growing inner darkness and save the fate of the world?

5th Division

The assassin team has already set the traps. The squads are in their respective positions. Now, we are having a rest and waiting for the right time to ambush the enemy. Yhancee and I are talking about the forest while our squad members are sleeping. 


“Do you think we can win this war?” Yhancee asked me while looking at the moon. 


“Winning is everything, huh? I don’t know. I bet you’re very nervous… the fact that your squad is the first defense.” I replied while looking at him. 


“Yes… I have many things to do. But here I am, I’m going to die.” He said with a sadistic voice. He’s sad because he’s the first who’s gonna leave his family. (Leave, referring to death.) 


“Don’t worry. Dying is faster than asleep. So, relax.” I replied while reloading my gun*. 


*Author’s note → I forgot to mention that every team has a gun. They can use this while ambushing the enemies.*
