Synopsis

Tara — the former princess of Kasai — journeys to a new world after her own is destroyed in a cataclysm. Together with fellow survivors aboard the Starbell, she is assigned a mission to establish contact with the new planet's indigenous peoples. But things take a turn for the worse when the starship's transporter malfunctions, flinging her onto the uncharted surface all alone and with nothing but a defective AI.

Not too far away, Ting Shan and Heian Shan — a pair of brothers hailing from the disgraced Zhuang clan — are conscripted into the emperor's army. Ting is a timid and kind soul, unlike Heian, who sees violence as the only way out. However, when Ting awakens a power capable of destroying thousands, he must decide whether to cling onto Heian’s ways in order to protect his own against those who will stop at nothing to obtain his heavenly might.

Though they are from two different worlds, Tara and Ting hold the key to each other’s survival. Will they be able to save themselves and their people before time runs out?

Okay, here we go. So, I liked the concept. Meshing eastern fantasy with sci-fi was not something I expected to read about. (I'm around chapter 5, so my review will be up to there.) I can't judge the Stability of Updates fairly since I began reading it now. I'll leave it at 5. Grammar and syntax are good, I get a feeling of overwritten? Just a bit, nothing to panic about. The story and world building. World Building is the star for me. The story is confusing at some points, yet not impossible to follow, so yeah. These are my thoughts. Keep it up.

Your story was very original! I gotta say I am impressed with your work! A seasoned author based on the quality of his work. Good job! Nice story and the pacing was stable. Not a bumpy ride while having a roller coaster.

The concept is certainly unique. The author has managed to create a world that blends the realms of scifi and space travel with elements of eastern fantasy in an interesting way. Writing quality is good, there's no noticeable errors that distract from the story line. Dialogues flow pretty well and the characters aren't flat. They each have distinct personalities and motivations that drive the plot forward and it'll be interesting to see how the author develops them down the line with more chapters. Overall, its a pretty good read. Keep writing, daily chapters will draw in more readers

Where should I begin with this novel? The concept? It is unique and interesting how they were on a space ship and transported to another world. The writing quality is good considering how hard it is to write a lot of words in a chapter. Grammar are there but can be understand completely unless they're the nitpicking type or grammar police. Overall, a 5/5 novel indeed and just continue to write more and publish daily.

Writing Quality: Great quality. No noticeable error that could affect the flow of the story. 5/5 Updating Stability: Can't complain much about this. Knowing the intense stress that comes with writing, I commend the author. 5/5 Story Development: The story is really interesting. Right from the prologue, the story progresses in a great way. No deviation from the plot. 5/5 Character Design: The characters are well planned out and designed. Especially that of the MC. Well made. 5/5 World Background: The world is well built. It's based on gamelit/rpg fantasy. Overall: A well written novel. 5/5

The Good: Writing quality is consistent as well as the updates. I admit I can't give a fair assessment with only 8 short chapters. The Bad: The plot is all over the place, but it is still early so the author can still tie it together nicely. Nothing stands out about any of the characters, giving them tropes is fine, but the author needs to add more meat to them to define who they are as a character instead of just associating them with a character trope. (Hope that makes sense) The Neutral: I'll review this one again later after more chapters are made. I do not feel it is long enough to warrant a fair review. Aside from that, keep writing! That's the best way to get better!
