"Did you really have to stab him?" Helga asked as she along with her comrades sprinted away.
Sending barrages of spells towards the paladins, it did nothing to the unyielding squadron of Paladins. Born to fight heresy they moved without falter or reason. Any and all heresy would be destroyed for it was the only way. It was justice. Sprinting in their metallic armour they were sending echoes throughout the forest their stomps becoming ever so closer to the squad, sending shivers down their spines as they attempted to quicken their pace.
"What? He summoned a few paladins!" Godric answered his hand turned back as he fired many non-wanded spells.
"That doesn't mean you have to stab his heart!" Rowena argued.
"Well, what else was he supposed to do? Allow him to burn us by the stake?" Salazar exclaimed.
"Halt dabblers of the dark! Stop in the name of the lord. You will be burnt at the cross in the name of god! It is the way!" A paladin exclaimed their steps becoming louder and louder.
Reaching a road they were met with a large bearded man wearing a cassock. Standing at 6 ft2 (7ft 2in) he stood towering over them. Looking down at them he looked on with indifference a cold chilly breeze passing by them as they stood frozen in front of the titan. The titan unbothered by their gazes continued with his work.
Scanning their energy signatures though he found no trace of any demonic energy on them. Though they did not identify as human, their DNA while similar were different in structure. They seemed to have different veins which went throughout their body and mind.
Continuing to go through his files he was ordering Vega to construct him a motorcycle. Travelling on foot had become too bothersome due to the fact every time he sprinted he would cause major damage to the crust of the earth, which brought unnecessary attention from the locals.
"Screw it we have to hide," Rowena stated as she chanted a spell before levitating themselves amongst the trees.
"Et celare mixtios!" She chanted again before making themselves invisible. While the spell was very effective it required one to stay still with any sudden movements revealing their position. The Doom slayer still being able to see them looked dead set into their eyes.
"He can see us?" Godric asked shocked.
"Why of course he just saw us go invisible," Helga reason but was still shocked as well as his eyes deadlocked with hers.
"What if he tells them?" Salazar panicked his body shaking as he heard the clanks of the paladins drawing ever closer.
"Shush, and don't panic. You panic you move and if you move we die," Rowena whispered.

"In the order of the lord state your identity stranger!" A paladin exclaimed his blade pointing towards the Doom slayers chest.
The others arriving, surrounded him. The Doom slayer looking upwards shook his head. The four young adults brought him trouble.
"Speak or die!" A paladin shouted his blade getting to close to the Doom slayer. Seeing the unmoving and unyielding man they started to have second thoughts.
"Then Die in the name of the lord for justice is served!" The Paladin exclaimed his blade about to pierce the Doom slayer. Disappointed the Doom slayer grabbed their blade with his bare hands and slammed their head onto the ground. Using argent energy he increased the gravity around them pushing them down.
The force excluded from the Doom slayer further slammed their heads down to the floor. The enchantments on their armour negating mana overwhelmed exploded frying the paladins within their armour. Hearing their screams, the Doom slayer looked up to see the sky to see a flare of golden light-converging within the clouds.
In the sky large amounts of portal opening golden being peering from the beyond now entering the mortal plane. The paladins already burning looked into the sky and died. The sight of the beings burning their souls. The crew looking at the combusted paladins immediately ran away. Not bothering to look up they fled without hesitation as they feared that they would die just like the paladins.
"Demon you hide in a mortal shell.… No, you are something else… What are you? Who are You? You are an abomination to both God and the devil himself… Your existence is a stain that must be removed. What do you say in your defence?" A being spoke floating around the Doom slayer. The Doom slayer unbothered scanned the being it's bright light annoying the Doom slayer. Looking up to the sky he saw many more looking down on him.
"Hmph, so you don't have a mouth? I'll just have to open it!" The being spat its power attempting to dominate the Doom slayers mind only for it to shriek in pain. Its screams echoing throughout the earth. Seeing the angel shriek in pain its body started to shake vividly the holy energy from its body turning from a fluorine yellow to an ashen grey. The other angels seeing their comrade fall fled instantly their speeds leaving loud shockwaves as they broke the speed barrier.
The Doom slayer insulted by its attempt to control him grabbed hold of the beings head and crushed it, it's soul destroyed instantly. Looking above the sky he noticed a ray of lightning about to strike him down. The Doom slayer wrapping his hands in argent energy grabbed hold of the Thunder and threw it back, the sound barrier destroyed as the world started to twist and turn. The lighting reaching the sky sent shockwaves throughout it. The day returning back to normal he looked up to see a crack in the sky while subtle it slowly healed with the crack fully recovering.
Going back to ordering a vehicle he was once again interrupted. Feeling a wave of energy surge through the world he felt its power familiar, with its origin similar to that of Nordic being Odin.
Dropping down from the fortress of doom was a Bulky electric motorcycle. Seeing the sleek motorcycle it was powered by Argent energy its handle being conduits for argent energy. The Doom slayer finished with his execution drove off the roars of his vehicles sending shivers down the spines of anyone unlucky enough to hear its roars. The Motorcycle powered with argent energy had a life of its own. It's will being dominated by the Doom slayer. Revving his engine he made his way towards the energy signature

"This being… It defies all logic and principles…" A figureless body whispered its voice echoing throughout its plane.
"Indeed. It feeds off its own anger. An abomination that needs to be dealt with. If only we could use it against it… But using it would only push us away from its grasp…" The other spectral being spoke.
"Then we must wait… For when the realm reaches its peak in order. Chaos shall usurp it. As it always does… The other universe is nearing its peak. We shall leave this one. We must avoid its presence. Even the one above all cowers in his realm else he would've done something by now," The being snickered.
"Then it has been decided. We shall move our efforts to the other universes." The first muttered.
"As it should be the other realms are for the taking." The second spoke.
"Then let us begin." The first replied.

"Now this is interesting..." A man spoke. A mystical aura surrounding him as he looked at the orb in his hand. Seeing the Doom slayer he smiled.
The man in question looked similar to a middle-aged man with a beard so long it dropped to the ground dragging. He was as old as time, his origin and history becoming so blurred it merged into history itself. Wearing a dark blue robe, recalling the memory of himself from the marvel universe he was impressed by the Doom slayer. As in his universe, he is only one entity. There is only one Doom slayer. There are no other realities or versions. Only a singular Doom slayer who destroyed his mirrored half thus making himself a unique existence amongst endless possibilities. To impress merlin was to break beyond existence itself. For a being to entirely be itself with no variants was a feat in itself.
"Truly a being of rage and good… I wonder how the Omniverse will fare in his presence… For all his power he can only match so much. Though his potential is as high as his rage…. I can only watch…" The man smiled. For as he the man in the tower was Merlin. The original Merlin. A Merlin so powerful he chose to exist out of the realms of the omniverse.
"Let us see what you have in store Doom slayer…" Merlin muttered.

The Doom slayer reaching the energy signature was met with a single figure. A woman drenched in wounds and cold sweat. Wearing burnt ebony armour. It's colour being reduced to a slight grey tone almost as if burned to remove its colour. Reaching the Woman he scanned her for any threat.
The Doom slayer understanding Lifted the woman up and teleported back to the fortress of Doom for while he could not actively teleport to earth, he could teleport back. Teleporting alongside his motorcycle he teleported back.

Location: Asgard
I grow weary as time goes. As Asgards protector and watcher, I have watched over Asgard for hundreds of years. The Bifrost had become my eyes. Yet today. I felt his demeanour around me change. No longer was I as trusted. The man had become… Intolerable to mistakes. He had become more fierce in his actions and he no longer cared for conquering the nine realms. Seeing him sit on his throne he decided to increase the firepower of Asgard. Its borders now protected too full capacity. No longer was Odin on the offence but on the defence?
When I questioned him he seemed detached? Almost weary and uncertain when he gazed at the stars. Where had his pride and his fearsome might gone? All I saw was a broken man still standing. While I saw the pain in his eyes I knew too why. He was mourning. For when he banished Hela, he hadn't just banished her from Asgard but her Kinship as well, no longer would she be regarded as royalty. While she kept her strength and power she was stripped of her Domain. She no longer guarded and gained strength from Asgard. While she could still gain strength from death it was no longer stable. She now had to once again establish herself with the concept itself. She had to be reborn anew, but for that to happen. She would need to die and come back. A feat Odin cannot do an action she would need to find out herself.
"Odin… I understand you are going through grief… But why the defences?" I asked him confused. It was out of character for a man so powerful to be cautious. While wise it was strange and out of timing. He had just destroyed Laufey. What other threat was present?
"Heimdall I grief over nothing," Odin muttered.
"Then why the defences? Why do our guards train every day without rest? Why do our soldiers walk the streets armed to the teeth? Why do our people seem weary? Hela-," Heimdall asked only to be cut-off.
"Silence! No longer will Asgard speak that name!" Odin spat.
"Hela failed to uphold her royalty. She is no longer worthy of a legacy. I fear the day a threat greater than that of Laufey appears. I fear the day we are no longer able to protect our people. Hela is not fit to lead; it is in her nature. So, leave," Odin explained.
Leaving I left the room only to hear the howls of Frigga her anger at Odin. While I wanted to leave my curiosity called me in. I wanted to hear just what a king he had become and if the change had brought good or bad news.
"You wretched fool! You say nature yet you know why! It was never in her nature! Her heart is as sweet as honey. You failed her! You failed to raise her. Your wars and battles of glory are what brought her to where she is. Yet you failed to listen to me! You always do. And now our people march in fear and confusion. They ask of why. Why does our king banish our queen? Our soldiers know of what she did. And now they question your leadership. Are you even listening?" Frigga hailed tears dripping from her eyes as she wept.
"Heimdall I know you are here… Leave," Odin muttered. Hearing him I left leaving to sit in the throne room my eyes looking to earth. Looking around I found no Hela. Feeling pressure dawn on me I sighed. It was going to be a long millennium.
