Chapter 3

Crescent surged up the next morning in horror, he looked beside him to see his husband still peacefully asleep.

So he did what anybody would have done, he shoved the King right off the high bed, using the steps beside the bed to gingerly get down and waddle to the bathroom.

The audible bang and groan of pain was enough to get him humming a lively tune.

His bastard mate pounded him too hard the night before, he was sure his back was indented on the bed.

He probably hoped he would be too worn out to cause chaos.

Ha! Bitch you thought.

He carefully cleaned up, not in the mood to have way too many people fuss over him.

He dressed in an off shoulder, gold dress, tailored to fit his androgynous form.

It looked like what a Disney princess would wear and was perfect on his effeminately slender body.

It had a modest train in the lightest of gauzes.

After getting his hair and face done he studied the work of his ladies-in-waiting, his delicate oval face could be easily mistaken for a female's.

Full lips painted a coral pink and his eyes and cheeks dusted in a way that his beauty advisor and best friend called, The Golden Sunset.

His straight, long tresses were piled up artistically on his head with a flora styled, gold crown to top it off.

Perfect! He had his bitch suit on.

Now onto the chaos causing...

"Whoa! Hold up." Tempest loomed over him, his 7feet high body blocking out the hallway.

"It's all very well to be the height of an ancient tree but some of us are trying to walk here." Crescent said impatiently, absolutely not in the mood for his husband's antics.

"Well the end of your walk can't be good news." He threw his hands up. "Hell! When you end anything, it's never good news."

Crescent couldn't believe what he was hearing. "We made a deal!" He stated in anger. "Plus I let you bang my ass to Hades's closet. Just what the fuck are you trying to pull right now?" He demanded, jabbing a finger in the hard, wide expanse of his husband's chest.

"I can hear y'all from my room, a labyrinth away. Yelling your sexual escapades in broad daylight is just pushing it." A buxom red head butted in, coming from a door beside them.

Tempest face palmed, the battle was officially over. "How did you manage to lose Sol?" He asked wearily.

"That nuisance, you set him on me huh?" Rhea mused, shrugging. "There is no one I can't lose, even the Royal Assassin." She leaned into him to whisper conspiratorially, her sheer white dress swaying with her.

"Obviously." He eye rolled.  "Do me a favor? Make sure Crescent doesn't do anything to cause another world war." He implored without heat, depending on her mood, Rhea could as well be gasoline to The Queen's fire.

"You don't need to exaggerate." Crescent snapped then sighed soulfully. "And they say I'm the dramatic one."

"Fuck I have to find Sol." Tempest muttered desperately to himself taking off.

They didn't even acknowledge his absence.

"I was on my way to find you Rhea love, Azure is leaving today and he has to go with pomp." He informed his best friend, dragging her along with him.

Rhea halted suddenly, pulling Crescent against her. Her expression turned wistful at once, "So soon?"

"I'm afraid so Ri."

"Before I had a chance to shag him." She wailed, flinging herself dramatically on Crescent's slender, and considerably small body.

The Queen promptly side stepped the emotional vixen. "That's my child you're talking about." He scolded.

"Yes, yes I know." Rhea mooned distractedly, "Doesn't change the fact that I want him to slam me against a wall, any wall even a cactus will do..."

Crescent snapped his gold tipped nail in the rambling Hound's face, "I'm losing you Ri."

"Oops!" She squealed, snapping out of her trance. "I'm sorry, it's just that's he's so edible, all that yummy muscles and his eyes, oh Hades! I'd want to get lost in those eyes. Yes Siree, I sure would, the world would just fade away and..."

Crescent went with his emotions and whacked her on the side of her face. "Stay with me Ri and eww... I birthed him, you ho."

"Now I can't be the only one who wants all that." Rhea stated matter of factly, with a knowing smile.

Crescent pouted, "Tempest says that I can't make him fall in love with me, because I'm his mother."

"That's the dumbest thing I ever heard and I've dated Aranth." She suppressed a shudder.

"You're the bloody Queen. You can do what you bloody well want." She added, dragging the Queen off in a new direction.

Crescent was lost in headspace, "I can, can't I?" He murmured dreamily.

"Of course. You're the Luna who has the King wrapped around his adorable fingers, love the nails by the way." She commented offhandedly.

"You recommended them anyway, you should. Wait?" Crescent murmured, shaking his head as a large door came into view.

"Where the fuck are you taking me?" He glared at the smirking red head.

"You'll see. Open the doors." She commanded to the stunned guards in front, torn between paying respects to the Queen or obeying Rhea.

"You whore, don't even have the decency to look ashamed." He bit out.

"Why should I, I don't feel bad at all. For your info, I'm so excited right now I could shit flame rings." She babbled, dragging him through the opening doors.

Crescent rolled his eyes, Ri being who she was wanted to catch the Prince naked or with little clothes on, not necessarily in that order.

"Why am I being dragged into this again." He asked in a bored tone, which didn't dampen Rhea's excitement in the least.

"Because, you're my excuse for being here besides Azure worships the very floor you walk on. You'd tell him to fuck you and he won't even blink before getting all over you."

"I think I'm going to need another shower now." Crescent mumbled out. "I'm all icky and get your mind out of the gutter, I'm not fucking my son no matter how you paint it to be so... Hades in a miniskirt!"

The Queen cut his rambling as his half naked son came into view. Staring open mouthed at his perfectly sculpted body.

"Ahem." Rhea cleared her throat, "You were saying."

"I knew I should have drowned you in the bath where we first met." Crescent grumbled as Azure turned to see his mother.

His brooding expression broke into a happy one, as he strode over to pull him into a hug and keep him there.

"I thought you were mad at me Mom?" He murmured low in his throat, curling deeper into the person that had always tethered him to sanity.

"Why would I be?" Crescent's voiced hitched as he placed his arms around his son's neck.

"Your bag of dried up nuts for a brain father, refused me seeing you. I had to bargain to even get to see you off." He bit out, his anger at his annoying mate rolling back into his slender body.

Azure chuckled but didn't let go of his mother.

"He said you see this as an adventure," Crescent inquired softly, leaning back to look at his son's striking blue eyes. "But I know that's a lie, I've barely spent anytime with you and your father wants me to just give you up." He added shakily, his eyes glassy.

The loss of his only child shook up the Queen more than he would ever admit. "What if you don't come back the same?" He whispered distraughtly.

"I can take care of myself Mom, besides what could possibly change that I'd go into the Cubi world and return wanting to fuck my mother?" He questioned rhetorically, chuckling at the absurdity of his quip.

Crescent quickly hid his face in his son's chest, to hide the obvious redness of his face. It seemed everything was against him today, plus he would bet his platinum boots that Rhea was probably having a field day with this interaction.

"You could come and stay for as long as you want, piss off the Queen for taking me." He added, his voice filled with amusement.

"Are you okay Mom?" He asked with deep concern when Crescent still kept his head in Azure's chest.

"Y-Yes," he fumbled, trying to disentangle himself from his son's arms. "I'm just overwhelmed, Why are you not letting me go?" He asked, getting tired of trying to free himself without success.

"Um... I don't want to." He stated arrogantly, holding his mother's gaze with his intense stare.

"You can't keep me in your arms forever Azure," Crescent tried to reason with him, the Queen was getting more and more aware of his son's nudity and it wasn't sitting well with him.

"Watch me." Azure taunted, narrowing his eyes.

"But you have to get dressed." He tried feebly.

"Only if I want to."

"Your journey..."

"Can wait." He stated, pulling him closer.

"Rhea?" Crescent whispered, but her reply was a hushed sigh.

Useless, batty, lipstick brained ho. Crescent swore mentally, praying for help before he embarrassed himself beyond repair.

"Azure let go of your mother, he looks like he's about to pass out." Tempest strode in.

The Queen had never been happier to hear his obnoxious husband's voice.

"I don't want to father." He stated in that way that destroyed all argumentative points.

"I saw that coming." Tempest admitted grimly, his green eyes flashing in his tanned face.

"You did?" Azure feigned surprise, "Splendid!  Do leave us alone then." He added, tucking his mother's small body protectively to his, his corded arms tight around Crescent's tiny waist.

Tempest dug a hand into his scalp and glared at Rhea who looked drunk on bliss at the sight unfolding in front of her.

"Last I checked, I married him. Now I want my Queen back." He demanded in exasperation.

"You really want to play that card father?" Azure mocked, nearly lifting his mother off the ground with how close he kept on pulling him.

"One day, I ask of just one sane day, is that too much to ask?" Tempest muttered in frustration, dragging a hand down his face.

"I presume you need my help." Sol appeared, his inky black hair waving gently with a nonexistent wind.

"You cynic bastard, I needed your help ages ago but that's irrelevant now. Azure has kidnapped his mother again."

"Dramatics doesn't become you father." Azure rolled his eyes, slipping his hands under his mother's butt to pick him up, Crescent's legs reflexively going around his waist.

Hades bless who ever decided to come up with dresses that had twin slits, the last thing Crescent needed in this crazy argument was flashing everyone his cute, little, white thong.

"On it your Majesty." Sol nodded, flexing his rippling arms.

Crescent was sure he should have died a long time ago from testosterone overload.

Azure watched Sol like he intended to slice open his brain though the line of his yummy undercut. Rhea's words.

"What are you thinking of..." Azure couldn't even get all his words out before he dropped like a log.

Tempest snatched Crescent from his arms before he could hit the ground.

"What the actual fuck?!" Crescent exploded, all the blood rushing back to his brain when he was finally free of Azure's arms.

He jumped from Tempest's arms and got all up in Sol's face. "Just. What. The. Fuck. Did. You. Do. To. My. Son?" The Luna demanded, jabbing his tiny fingers in Sol's rock hard chest. Not even fazed by the very obvious height difference.

Sol gave him a wary look and inclined his head at the King, asking his permission to knock his wife out.

Crescent's face reddened in indignation. "Don't you fucking dare." He warned in cold fury. "Don't you try to fucking put me out like I'm some bloody rabid dog, because I can and will, make your life a living hell babe. You honestly do not want to try that shit with..."

Tempest caught his Queen's small body as he started to topple over.

"I love you Temp, I really do." Sol pounded his chest twice with a closed fist.

"But I'm taking a couple years off, you know,  for vacation." He mumbled distractedly, looking at everything in the exquisite room but Tempest's stormy face.

"No can do Sol, you're not leaving me with this dynamite stick." He drawled, striding off with his pretty mate.

"See that my son gets ready for his journey. I need to remind this little spitfire, just who he belongs to."

"Sure can do King T, uh do ya mind tuning it down a bit, was planning on a nap you see."

"Screw you Sol."
