Mysterious Attacker

Debra was treated immediately by the attending physician and her blood was stopped on time preventing any serious damage.

The doctor who treated Debra found out that the stab wound was not fatal. He cleaned the wound and applied medicine to prevent it from getting infected then made stitches to close the wound.

When Debra regained her consciousness, she was already lying in the hospital bed inside a public ward.

A female nurse was attending to her. "Feeling better, Miss?" she asked.

Debra nods her head. "Yes, how's my wound?" she asked worriedly.

"No need to worry, the doctor already closed your wound with stitches. You're lucky, it's not a fatal stab wound," the nurse replied.

"Thank you!" Debra said teary-eyed. "Can I have my sling bag, please? I need to call my brother to inform him that I'm admitted to the hospital right now," she requested.

"Sure, I'll get your bag from the front desk," the nurse said and left the ward.
