- What if they both die?

**Narrator's point of view**

It was in deed a battlefield. But none of the soldiers were heroes, and neither of them wore capes as they marched into their death. In fact, they all seemed rather surprised by how quickly they met their fate.

Lorenzo was still bound, and minutes away from fainting from the wound where the blood was still pebbling out, in a stream as fresh as a wild river. The man who guarded him silently, lied next to him, in a pool of his and Lorenzo's blood. Lorenzo's best friend Vance knew, that it wouldn't be long before the russies returned, in fact, they were already running back towards them.

It was a matter of seconds. Seconds was all it took, and all the universe could spare them. Peter guarded Vance, as he began to untie Lorenzo from his bounded chains. Behind them, stood five members of the Fratellis – the only ones who volunteered to save Lorenzo's life.
