Lily got herself up off of the ground and turned to face Genevieve, she now had to stand up for herself all on her own, after all, she isn't doing this for payback, she is going for self respect and she was going to pay a high price for it. Lily saw that Genevieve pulled out her wand and before Lily could grab hers out, Genevieve cast Flipendo which made Lily knock back to the ground. Lily got back on her feet and dusted herself off, she then took out her wand, then said, "I don't think that you should try and pick a duel with me, I'm warning you this one time." Genevieve couldn't hold back her laughter from Lily's words, once she was able to stop laughing she responded, "YOU'RE warning ME? As if you can fight against me without cowarding to those imbeciles you call, 'brothers' let alone win against me. I'm going to be the greatest witch anyone's ever going to see, certainly better than you." Genevieve said, but before Genevieve could get ready for her next spell, "Expelliarmus!" Genevieve's wand flew out of her hand and into Lily's, Genevieve was dumbstruck on what just happened in a blink of an eye. "No! How do you already know that spell?! I am supposed to be better than some filthy mudblood!" Lily slowly walked up to Genevieve and gave her wand back, "It helps that I do a LOT of reading here and back at home, maybe I can teach you some of them?" Genevieve is deeply annoyed and frustrated with how it ended this way with how her wand was taken by a mudblood and on her first spell! She snatched her wand back and ran off leaving Lily by herself once again, all Lily could do was sigh and start prowling around the school grounds, she paused for a while and looked up at the sky seeing that some gray clouds were overcasting as if it looked like a storm was brewing, a nasty one by the looks of it. She decided to go back inside and go back to her dorm to read more of her books that Aunt Nora gave her, she read so many of her books that she completely lost track of the time, it was now night and the rain was a nice calming light drizzle which made her a bit drowsy and very relaxed. So much in fact, that she knotted off into deep slumber.
