I was in the middle of asking Harvey if I could borrow his car when Rhian and Cleo waltzed into the room as though there was no one around.

From the way it seemed to me, it was like the two girls never saw us which was to say, nearly impossible since Harvey and I were both as big as a man could possibly be.

With our towering height of nearly six feet, I reckoned that it would actually be a lot harder for us not to be spotted rather than the other way around.

Moreover, one thing that really caught my attention was when I noticed that their clairvoyance seemed to be losing its touch.

Faes like us have a knack for perceiving things beyond the normal sensory contact. It was a gift we heavily relied on when detecting the presence of demons in our surroundings.

This goes to say that six sense was no different from our main armament and this was why I found it alarming, to say the least when their senses seemed to be not up to par.
