Side Effects

Outside, I was left to fend with the two beauties who apparently were eyeing me from head to toe.

However, the vibe that they were giving me this time, was not in any way intimidating, rather, it was like they were merely assessing my character.

Meanwhile, in my head, I was trying to sort my thoughts. I am not sure what was about them that made it seem as if they were not capable of carrying hostility.

I have not even known them long enough for me to be able to judge their character right away. But it was as if something inside me was telling me that they were nice people.

If it was any other human being, be it an old acquaintance or a new people that I happened to meet for the very first time and they were already blatantly giving me a once over like the one that the two girls were giving me at the moment, I would definitely get offended.
