Chapter 33

I put on a a long black dress with a black glasses that compliment my dress. I wore a sad look that makes me look stressed out. I was still mourning my mother's death, Mickey tried everything possible to make me smile but all his effort was to no avail. I took a clean handkerchief to dry up my tears before I entered the car with Mickey and Kate to attend my mum's funeral.

I was called out to make a beautiful speech About my mum. I came out to the front where everyone could see me. And I started talking about my late mother

"My mother,Olivia , was a kind and generous person who passed away too young. She was a strong person and this strength shone through during her long fight with cancer. Even though she was in tremendous pain she always remained strong and never wanted attention focused on her disease. She wanted everyone to continue on with their lives and was more concerned with how I was doing and if i was happy .

My mother was born in 1960 in Vancouver, BC. She loved Canada and spending time outdoors. Her parents taught her how to sail, swimming and fishing. Her family often went hiking on the weekends and on camping trips.

In high school she met her husband, Jackson Jacob who is also late now. He died in a plane crash at Chicago on my 15th birthday, may his soul also rest in peace. Both of my parents continued on their career paths and became very successful.

I learned a lot from my mother. I learned how important family is . I learned an appreciation for the outdoors and often went on sailing holidays with my parents and on camping trips. I learned how important a strong work ethic is and how remaining positive can help us get through life' s biggest challenges.

I love you so much and wish that we had more time together. I will cherish all of the great memories we had and will carry your values with me. You will be missed by all and your memory will live in us all forever.

After the burial, Mickey took me home to rest because I was looking stressed out. He left me alone for a while before bringing out for dinner.

He lied down beside me to cuddle me and place some soft kisses on me. His warmness gave me some comfort which made me to sleep of.
