Strengthening the Flying Sword Sects control over the sects and other powers inside their territory, by first of all establishing several new small sized branches each with an elder in control all around the territory to keep an eye on the different powers that existed under them.

After the branches had begun taking shape, Elder Song then proceeded to use the influence of the Flying Sword Sect to calm down the chaotic situation through the newly established branches.
