Abigail rushed back to Piers' Mansion, where Teddy had just awakened.
After changing her clothes and disinfecting her hands several times, she finally took Teddy into her arms.
"You need to feed him quickly." Kelly urged. The little one wasn't eating much from her.
Abigail nodded, turning around to let Kelly watch the door while she breastfed the baby.
The little one, full and satisfied, played until after ten before he finally fell back to sleep. Watching the baby sleep so peacefully, Abigail breathed a huge sigh of relief; her tense heart softened.
However, remembering the events of the afternoon, her face became serious once again.
Clark Stone would not let things rest.
She didn't know why this person was so different from the image of Clark in Abigail's memory, but she was sure the one she saw was the real Clark.
That could explain why, despite the original Abigail's many years of infatuation with him, they never got together.
