Chapter 141: I want you to cancel your engagement with Ruby Green

Brandon Piers's response was generous, his amber eyes full of laughter.

Abigail knew she was used to Brandon's demon-like face these past few days, but it still almost made her lose her senses.

Regaining her composure, Abigail avoided Brandon's gaze and replied, "You've promised me one condition before. As long as you fulfill it, we'll call it even."

Brandon arched his eyebrows, only then recalling that he indeed made a promise to this chubby woman.

"Go ahead. Within my abilities, I will fulfill your request," said Brandon, remembering that she was quite in need of money. She had previously spent three million to buy a condo for a maid. He couldn't imagine what else she might need. Perhaps she wanted him to help retrieve Aunt Claudia from Taylor and her daughter?

This didn't seem like a good deal for him.
