Abigail Green looked up to see a travel-stained man returning, "Back so early? Has the party ended?"
Brandon Piers was taken aback by the question and instinctively glanced at the screen on Abigail's phone. Sure enough, it was tonight's breaking news. He hurriedly reached out to cover it. "Don't look."
"Why not?" Abigail teased him, seeing how nervous he was.
"It's nothing, just don't look." Brandon pulled the phone out of Abigail's hand. "Abigail, you might hear some rumors lately. Don't mind them; they're all fake."
"Oh, then you should tell me what these rumors are first." Abigail rarely saw her man looking so flustered. The gloom she felt from seeing the photo earlier vanished instantly.
Brandon didn't know how to explain for a moment and finally gave a firm order, "Just don't listen, don't believe."
"Oh..." Abigail deliberately dragged out the sound.
Seeing this, Brandon tentatively asked, "You... saw it all?"
