CHAPTER 3: BEING CARRIED

Jin was busy preparing for his taping in the next few days when someone knocked on his door. It was Chang Chao.

"Is there any updates regarding my father?"

"Yes, It was said that your father died 3 years ago with your sister. It was a car accident. The car in which your father was driving allegedly lost its brakes. According to the investigation. On the day that Feng and you are in the US, your father left in the mansion with your sister. The car went straight to the Side of the cliff and the car fell into the water." Answered by Chao.

"T-then do you know where they are buried?" Tears are welling up in Jin's eyes. He thought they would be still alive.

"According to the investigator, their body was not yet found. I also wonder why the files regarding your father's death are hidden. I hired a private investigator just to look for the case. We should be meeting today but last night I received an email sent by the investigator. Then this morning I was informed that he was found dead early this morning in his house."

"They are wicked people," he said. Because of his frustrations, he punched the wall. Tears are rolling down his face. His family is gone.

He's alone right now.

He put his jacket on " I'm going to kill them!. How could they do this to us? They don't have the right to do this.! My father and mother worked hard to build the company. I'm going to kill those sons of a bitches!".

Chang Chao stopped Jin. "No Jin! Don't rush into a decision you'll regret. All your sacrifices and efforts will be wasted, killing them will be an easy way but come to think of it. You will suffer in jail. And right now we are not yet sure if your father and sister are dead. What if those two know where your father is? Killing them won't be a good option for us right now."

Jin sat down on the floor crying. He can't do anything about it. He was crying thinking about all the memories he had when his mother is still alive. Behind his happy and good-looking face, he holds sadness.

He was crying like a child.

He can't do anything about it. He never listens to his father before.

He grows up playing and partying and he doesn't care about his father's company. He regretted the times that he ignored him when all he wants is for him to learn how to manage the company. If he should have listened.

Days have passed. Today is the day to start their taping on set. The production crew and staff are busy preparing the whole set and the necessary equipment to use for the shooting.

Jin arrived a few hours earlier. He's with Chao.

The director greeted Jin and offered his hand for a handshake. Jin took the director's hand and smiled. Jin introduced Chao as his manager.

The staff and crew were shocked by the Director's action. He is the type of director that is strict and won't be friendly to actors.

They followed to see who is this Actor. Everyone smiled when they saw this young man.

"Is that the main lead?"

"I heard that the main lead is handsome but I didn't expect that he was too perfect"

"So handsome"

"So hot"

There are different reactions in the crowd. They were mesmerized by the looks of this young man. Jin heard everyone was talking about him. He looks at their side and nods at them with a smile. The girls were shocked that this kind of man noticed them.

The Director smiled for what he had heard. In his mind. This Drama will be a good shot. He was also expecting the comeback of Liam. That's why it is a good opportunity for him.

The scream was getting Louder. Jin thought it was because of him.

"Oho! Long time no see Liam!" Said the Director.

Jin turned around and saw this Man a little taller than him. He has black hair and a good body built. His eyes are black and kissable red lips. It was too late to realized that he was checking out this man. He was surprised when the man looks at him. He was like caught in the act of crime.

The man walks towards him. The scream was getting louder and louder. They are seeing these two hot guys in front of them.

It was the first time for Jin to see a man that is perfect like him. He was just amazed. Chao patted jin on his shoulder. Chao was laughing because it was the first time that Jin saw a rival in terms of looks.

After a Few Hours, the shooting startedp. The actors were on their chairs. Jin was surrounded by girls that are asking for his autograph. After signing the girls went to the side and still looking at Jin.

Jin was busy reading his script when Chao poke him and gestured to look at Liam. Jin looked at the chair where Liam was sitting. There are girls who were surrounding him but he doesn't care at all. He won't even mind looking at them. In Jin's mind, this man is really something. He's cool even without doing anything. His thought was interrupted when someone called him.

Jin was called by the makeup artist inside the tent for his makeup. He stood up and went to the tent. There are only two of them inside.

"Do you have any allergies to make up?" She asked..

Jin remembered that when he was in US. He has a nickel allergy.

"Yes I do, I'm sorry I forgot to tell you. I do have a nickel allergy" he said

"It's ok. Can you wait? I'm going to get my nickel-free makeups in the car."

"It's fine, I can wait" he answered.

The Makeup artist went out of the tent to get the cosmetics.

Jin closed his eyes. He noticed that someone is inside with him. He thought that the makeup artist came back immediately. But the make-up artist did not talk, he opened his eyes and look at the entrance. He saw Liam watching him.

"Oh it's you,". He was surprised when He saw Liam was standing watching him.

He asked for Liam to sit down.

Liam sat down beside Jin. A few minutes later the Makeup artist came back and saw these two handsome guys sitting together.

she was mesmerized by the view.

She started to apply make-up on Jin's face. He was naturally handsome even without make-up.

Jin closes his eyes without minding Liam at his side. He was not aware that Liam was still watching him. Jin fell asleep. The makeup artist plans to wake him up but Liam stopped her. She just left after applying the makeup.

Liam continued watching him. He started to trace his eyes to his nose down to his lips. Liam's eyes were stuck in Jin's lips. His eyes got darken as if he was a lion that sees his prey. He wants to touch those lips but he suddenly stood up and left the tent.

Few minutes have passed.

Jin woke up. He saw Chao is sitting beside him. He asked where Liam is. Chao answered that Liam asked the Director to finish his part first because he has some things to do so he must leave early. Jin just nods and they went out to see the progress of the taping.

A few days later. Jin arrived at the set together with Chao. When he was walking towards the chairs. Someone grabbed his hand. He was startled at first. But when he looks at the person. It was a girl. She has short brown hair with pink cheeks. She's wearing a white dress with silver high heels.

Jin has no idea who this girl is. He looked at Chao like asking who is this girl but Chao shrugged.

"Li Minzhi! Stop that!" A man was walking towards them and asking for the girl to stop.

"Sorry for that Jin. This is my daughter. She would be one of the supporting roles for the drama." He grabbed his daughter away from Jin.

"It's ok Director Li, you have a beautiful daughter" Jin answered.

"See? He said I'm beautiful! Jin Ge do you have a girlfriend?" Minzhi asked. The people present just laughed at Minzhi's question. They have known Minzhi for a long time. She likes to hang out with pretty boys. The director loves his daughter so much that's why he let her do what she wants.

Jin smiled at her. He answered that he has no time for relationships. All the girls smiled, for them, there is still hope.

Minzhi smiled and grabbed Jin's hand. But his father took her away. Director Li asked for pardon for his daughter's behavior. Jin just smiled and nodded at him. It is not new to him when someone suddenly grabs him.

He didn't notice that someone was looking at him from the side.

The shooting was going to start. This time the two main leads will meet. Jin and Liam were wearing the costumes. Everyone was stunned when they saw these two men together. It's like the roles and costumes are really made for them.

The first part will be the meeting of The two main leads. This is where Jin was being chased by assassins. Liam was walking on the busy road when he saw Jin being chased. Jin was cornered and the assassins have good martial arts. Liam decided to help Jin using his Martial Arts.

The next part would be after Liam killed the assassins. He helped Jin to stand up. But because he was wounded. Jin lost consciousness and Liam carried him to his house.

"Ok! Ready!! 3, 2, 1!" Shout by the Director

Jin started to breathe heavily. He was full of blood. Then Liam was approaching him. All the people at that site were silent. They are being dragged into the acting of these two actors.

Liam carried Jin and looks at him. He was like looking at his wife full of anger.

"CUT!" Shouted by the Director

"Liam you should look at him as a Stranger, not like a wife!" Said the Director. The crowd laughed at what they've heard.

Jin smiled while being carried by Liam. Liam saw this that's why he tightened his hand holding Jin's thigh while the man in his arms laughed at his reaction.

Jin Was stunned when he saw Liam smile. He was the only one who saw that smile, he looked into Liam's eyes that was looking at him.

"Is it nice to be carried by man?" Teased by Liam. He smirked while he tightened the grip.

Jin was more shocked and he gets down from Liam's arms. How could this man tease him like a girl? Jin looks at Liam angrily. His cool personality goes off because of this man in front of him. He acts like a girl being bullied.

The scene took 5 takes. It was Liam's intention. At first, JIn doesn't hate him. But because of what happened that day. He doesn't want to see this man again.
