I ran from the room I had webbed up Widow and Hawkeye but heard a loud crash to my left. My senses were screaming to dodged, so I webbed on to the wall in front of me and pulled myself towards it.
Letting a huge giant fist miss me. Hulks fist punched a whole through the wall on his left. I couldn't rest as a shield was barreling towards me. I jumped over it and shot a web on the top, using its momentum I spun it around and through it behind me. I applied ice to my webs and it froze the shield and I heard a loud grunt from behind.
I felt hulk was about to hit me so I threw the shield back to crash into him hopefully freezing him.
'Why am I fighting the Avengers, again.' I thought. I had no reading to fight them. It's not like I didn't like them, they were The Avengers. I have no reason to fight them.
It may not seem like it but unconsciously the time he spent in Hydra everything he was put through, it had a mental effect on him.
He was just a normal person in a normal world, all of a sudden he was in the MCU after dying, then he was tortured. It was inevitable that it would have some effect on him.
It was big one too. He didn't trust them. Even if he knew they were the good guys his own body and instincts won't let himself be attached and not retaliate nor would he blindly accept anything from anyone.
Even regular citizens won't get a pass. He also just doesn't like people anymore. At first he was just anti-social, but now he just doesn't have room to give a damn about them, definitely other adults.
He doesn't know it yet but he became way more selfish than he was before coming to this world. He will do anything and go to any length to insure that he isn't at the mercy of anyone and anything.
Even though he was an adult he slowly started believing that he was a ten year old. Letting his adult self think of him as a child. He never acts like one and will never think like one, but he seems himself in this world as a child, and his trust in adults are at an all time low.
That's why he's fighting them. They are adults in an organization, they attacked him, and his instincts and body doesn't want anything to do with them at all, so it's fighting.
CRACK CRACK CRACK
In the background you could hear cracking sounds through out the room. It was hulk trying to shatter the ice that froze his torso. With a loud roar he broke free from it and rushed towards me.
I put my main focus on him. I ran towards him and when he threw a right hook at me, I ducked under it and jumped on to his stomach. I wanted to do the same thing Spider-Man did to the lizard and wrap him up in my webs and ice putting him in a thick cocoon.
When I jumped on his stomach I shot some web on it, but made the web net like and I started crawling around his body. He swung his arms, hit the wall, and even himself, but I kept webbing him up.
I then put a layer of ice on it to be harder to get off. I went under his legs, around his back, and even baited him to cross his arms like an Egyptian mommy.
I then strung him up to the ceiling as well. I just felt like I needed to do it. I turned around because my senses was screaming about danger and I felt the air distorting at a rapid pace.
I turned around but it was already to late as a hammer slammed Into my head and threw me into hulk like a rag doll.
...
When we heard Clint shouting over the earpiece I made Jarvis immediately give me their position.
"Everyone, get to the east wing of the base. Pronto!" I shouted. I flew with Steve running next to me as we ran to where Clint and Natasha were.
I heard hulk busting through walls running over here as fast as possible. We kept running for a while till we turned a corner and I swear we were in hell.
Blood, guts, organs, bones. It was everywhere, all over the hall, but there was some ice on the walls of that hall that leads to a room. That's when I saw that kid running out of the room Clint and Natasha was in.
Just then a fist bursted through the wall next to us. Hulk sent a massive punch, but the kid dodged by shooting a web onto the wall in front of him. Hulks fist continued past him and made a big whole into the wall on his left.
Steve immediately through his shield at the kid. He jumped off the wall and webbed on to the shield before his webs got lightly covered with a frost fog, making the shield get frozen in ice.
Hulk had recovered by then and was about to punch him from behind. He spun around and threw the shield into hulk pushing him back, as the ice started freezing his torso.
This all happen the matter of seconds, so I went to go help Natasha and Clint. When I got in the room they were webbed up like they were a spiders prey that was being saved for later.
"Stay very still, ok." I told them. They had webs up to their necks and their mouths were covered. I made a small plasma laser and began to cut through the webbing. That's what I would like to say.
"What the hell is this made of?" I asked aloud. I then heard Jarvis's voice say " From what I can tell it is a solid form of hematopoietic cells. The same substance that makes up bone marrow."
"So you're saying this is organic webbing?" I asked in shock. To produce so much bone marrow and have no draw backs means his body is constantly making surplus blood, or he eats a lot." I said the with dissatisfaction in my voice.
I upped the power outage to thirty percent and it started going through the webbing at a steady and safe pace, so I don't hurt them.
That was we heard a metal ringing sound outside.
...
My head was slightly hurting and I heard some people murmuring. My vision was slightly blurry but got stable quickly thanks to all the Hydra training. They would drop a flash bang in my face, and my healing would always make my sight better fast. I then gained a sort of immunity to my vision being disoriented.
I felt like I was restrained a lot. I looked down and saw my body was first chained up, then closed in a tight metal suit, then closed in a metal dome, and my lower body was layered in Ice.
'At least they didn't underestimate me.' I thought in my head. I looked up and saw I was in another cell, and the Avengers looking at me like a animal in a zoo.
Once again, I knew who they were, but being in another cell and being looked at like some animal reminded me of Hydra again. I released my spider legs and let them start tearing at the restraints. They tore it to pieces and were scattered around the cell.
My legs were my strongest limbs so I broke it out of the ice and stood up. I then pulled my arms apart with all my might and everything burst off my like bullets.
They hit the window glass that was being looked at by the Avengers, but it only made small cracks.
"Nice try kid, but this glass can get hit with a cement truck going over 100/mph and can tank a 50 caliber bullet." Tony said arrogantly over the intercom.
I put my spider legs away and they flinched. Hulk had already returned to Bruce at this time. I took a step forward and from my feet the room was covered in a thick and strong ice.
I could guess he had cameras so I froze the room including the walls and, ceiling. It was like running naked in the Arctic.
I was already use to this cold though. In Hydra they would cut me then throw me in a freezing Ice chest to test if my healing factor could resist frost bite. I got a natural resistance to the cold while they did this.
They couldn't see me and I don't talk to myself out loud. That's why I'm monologging right now. Anyways, I made a chair of ice and sat in it. My hands were free and I was only in my boxers.
'What now? It would be dumb to fight them on the plane or whatever even if I have a field advantage. Maybe I could wait till they take me to shield and try to strike an agreement with Fury. That's my best bet as long as I have freedom. Hell, what can a ten year old kid do anyway?' I thought.
I had nothing to do, nowhere to go. So this was my best option for now. The only thing that needs to be clear is that I'm not his dog who'll do as he says all the time.
'At least I don't need to worry about them getting my blood, since it turns to steam on contacts with the air when I'm healing.'
(Hydra took some of his normal blood because they believed his blood was special and dominated the venom integration. They mixed it with other venom when they took some of his blood before he got the healing factor. So that blood didn't turn to steam. That's why he dried it up on towels and curtains laying around last chapter.)
I just sat in the chair with my eyes closed thinking about what to do with my self. Like I said before I'm no hero, but having powers and doing nothing with them is boring. Being a villain is out for obvious reasons, and being normal was never a option.
...
I've been thinking about what to do and have completely forgot I was being held "captive" by the Avengers. I suddenly felt the ship jerk a bit and then bounce.
I knew we landed somewhere and that somewhere was most likely the helicarrier. I opened my eyes and heard some banging on the ice. I let it melt off and the person in front of me was agent Hill and Coulson.
They were Nick Fury's right hand man and woman. Agent Hill walked forward and stopped in front of me with a business smile.
"Hello Mr. Briar I'm-.." She was about to introduce herself, but I cut her off.
"What do you want?" I asked with my voice as cold as ever. Her smile faltered a bit and she cleared her throat.
"Our commander, Nick Fury, wants to speak to you." She said making way for me to walk. As I was about to walk out Coulson steps in front of me with some cuffs.
"These have to be placed on you before you could go any further." He said sternly.
'Seems he wants to prove something.' I said in my head. I saved him no face as I walked right past him. I'm not here for idle chitchat nor am I going to be cuffed again.
...
"Who is he, and what's his problem?" Asked Coulson. They looked at him dumbly. Anyone could connect the dots. A kid comes back with the Avengers after they were sent to clear a Hydra base.
What else could have happened. They sighed and ignored him. Only Steve explained to him what happened and said "everyone has their slow moments."
